Closing

I was just wondering what to expect as relates to my closing.

This is my timeframe so far.

8/3 - Submitted offer to TTS for SSR Resale
8/5 - TTS Received My Downpayment
8/9 - Sent to Disney for ROFR
8/24 - Notified that I passed ROFR
9/10 - Received E-mail from TCS with Closing Documents
9/11 - Overnighted Closing Documents and Final Payment

What can I expect now? How long should I expect the rest of the process to take? Will I be notified by TCS when everything is final? What is typical?

I'm so anxious for everything to come to a close! I just want to make my 1st Resevations!

Believe me, I know about the anxiety that our purchasers face in the final stages of the purchase process. I have heard it on these boards many, many times. Please call your agent and ask them the questions that you posted. If they're not in the office, ask to speak with Jason. Ask them to check to see if the sellers documents are in and to let you know the results. If your agent knows that you want to know "everything" that's going on, they will do what's in their power to help with your "need to know".
