So happy to have this contract on our membership! Woohoo! I did try to make everything be as speedy as possible since there are points that expire at the end of September on this contract. But we seemingly got this contract in at a good time for Disney. ROFR took about 3 weeks and Disney only took 10 days for the points to be on our account from the deed recording.

I wanted to add, that I did get an email from DVC on the day the contract was loaded in to my membership. I thought it was odd, so figured it meant maybe they uploaded the new contract. They did!

Yes- the seller returned everything same day. I had a gap of about 2 hours not checking my email, opened the email with documents to sign and the confirmation that they were done at the same time. Then after closing, was told it was going to the county and it took until the next week for the county to see it- they've had a one day turnover recently. Plus the closing company stalled for an employee vacation and later a "technical issue" - it was 100% them.
