My deed was recorded on March 16th. Still waiting for Disney administration to enter my contact and email me (i am a new person too). They will email you the information to set up your account. which then you need to wait for a different department to load your points.

Is that just for WDW contracts? Where would I search for VGC?

So we returned our closing docs last week. I emailed and asked to be notified when the sellers sign and then I'll wire the money after that. How long do I wait to hear back on them signing docs before I message for a status update? I'm not sure what a normal amount of time is for sellers to get their closing docs returned.

Looking across this board, that ranges anywhere from a month to a few days.

I’m a first time purchaser to Clara, and patience isn’t my strong point, so after 10 days I called Mason yesterday - they said the sellers packet was scheduled to be received today.

I figured 10 days was a long enough period to ask what the status is.

VGC is in Cali. You’d have to find the comptroller website for whatever area that resort is in.
