I have 0 points currently available for Rent or Transfer. These are for reservations on or after June 1st 2018. Cost is $14.50 per point, payable via Paypal.

The minimum points for a Rental is 50 points and for a Transfer is 100 points.

Reservations at the Animal Kingdom Villas can be made up to 11 months in advance. All other Resorts are up to 7 months in advance.

I have experience renting out and will make the Resort reservations in your name prior to any payment due.

If desired, the following can be added or noted by me in the reservation: Magical Express, Celebrations (Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc), Room Requests, The Disney Dining Plan. (Once booked, you will be able to link the Resort reservation in My Disney Experience to reserve Dining and Fastpasses when they become available).

Working the 11 month window opening, I can also reserve you a hard to get Value Studio at AKV, or a Holiday reservation. Please email me for more information on this.

I do have points that I can rent out (points that were banked into 2018), but I wouldn't be able to use them for Oct/Nov. And just an fyi, I checked and there are no Studios (value or otherwise) available at AKV in the time frame you are looking for.

Since we are limited to one transfer per use user, I'm looking to transfer out at least 230 points (up to 269 points - which is what I have left for 2018).
