Oh, LTS, I saw you were in an ECV, but had no idea it was plantar fasciitis...I had that for almost 3 years in one foot, and it was torture. 2 feet, twice the agony. Got the shots, got the freeze, still do the orthotics, only thing to help was losing 70 lbs...now I'm gaining back and getting the foot thingies back, too, so..back on the low carbs as of tomorrow (as soon as the beer and Bailey's is gone).

Okay, back to the Twilight Zone Marathon with me...ttyl.

Thank you! I think Modship sounds like a great word! So far I don't think I have messed anything up on my first day, but I was a little worried that the DIS going down this morning might have been my fault!

Well, I would love to say that you are the first to read my name that way, but there is a reason that I generally go by LTS now! In fact a few months ago I was voted most misread name on the DIS

Putting on the new mod hat to give some advice, if you are not sure if a word is okay to put here--like crap (which is allowed!)-- go ahead and type it out. The filters will take care of it by turning it into ******* if it is not allowed. If you type a word out like you did above and it is NOT allowed then you can actually get in a bit of trouble for going around the filters. Nothing major, but it can be a bit of a surprise and a bummer if it happens. If have questions about it, let me know.

And I am not in much pain now. Of course I don't much move off the couch. I keep my foot elevated a lot. Without the DIS I would have gone insane with boredom this last year. Instead I am just DIS insane. Hang out for a few months, you get there too! It is a good kind of

I am at just the perfect height in the ECV!

yeah, the 70 pounds is next. I have gained 15 since being here on the couch. Sounds like there are a few of planning to hit the low carbs --me included. We may need to check in on the WISH board, or at least plan to kick each other in the rear to keep us going

Drink, drink, drink! Get those carbs gone! I am trying to finish up all the bread and chips in the house
