Claudia Stevens Eye Fix Mix??? Ever use it?

Looking for different products to help with dark eye circles. My cousin uses this product but for eye puffiness and she loves it. But I'm more interested in the one for dark circles. Thanks!!!

I never heard of her. Is it on an infomercial? Is Claudia Stevens a well known name? I will bump the make up thread and ask. If anyone knows they will.
