WOW! I'm just getting caught up and I am SO IMPRESSED you LOST on vacation! Can you teach a class on how to do that???? I get the post trip blues, too, no matter how long I'm gone or where I go and that just seems to add to my trip weight gain.

I'm not sure if it's good or not that I'm writing my DINING trip report. While it's fun to relive the food memories, it's also making me VERY hungry!!! Dinner went pretty well yesterday with my women's group. I had water to drink and a salad with fruit and nuts. It was huge so I just ate half and brought the rest home. I'm continuing to exercise daily, but I just haven't been able to really work HARD. Today for instance, instead of my usual 60min. on the treadmill, I stopped at 52minutes. I was just so tired. I've been mixing up my routines by doing different exercise videos. I'm not giving up or anything, but I'm just finding myself at a bit of a lull.

I think you're doing great! You have done very well getting back into the swing of things since you got back from vacation and thats not easy. I can't wait to read your trip reports over the weekend. Keep up the good work and congrats on joining the purple team, good luck!
I've been reading through your journal and its great to see the successes you are having. I'm starting out higher in weight than you but I have basically the same goals too - get to 150 and lose weight before trying to have a baby, though that's still about 2 yrs off for me. Keep up the great work and I'm glad you had a good time at disney.

I will definitely come by more often for some good motivation!! You have done a good job at getting back into your routine after vacation. I know it is hard to get back into the groove. We had a mini trip at the beginning of September and I don't think that I have fully bounced back since then
I think that you will be able to reach your goal by Christmas if you keep powering through it the way you did before vacation!! Keep up the good work!
Even though you didn't complete the full 60 minutes all that matters is that you did it. 52 minutes is nothing to be ashamed of!!! Congrats for completeing it!!!
good job mixing up the exercise video's with the treadmill. Sometimes we get into a slump and need a change of pace to get going again. Are you taking a vitamin? Maybe that would help your energy level too.

I'm sorry I have been MIA recently. I've had so much going on that I'm just barely keeping my head above water. We had to take a couple days off and head to our hometown to be with family. MIL had hip surgery and my grandmother moved into an assisted living facility. Talk about an emotional time! I feel like I've been on a rollercoaster, but hopefully everything will work out in the end.
The good news is that I lost 2lbs this week! I was able to watch my food intake and exercise all but one day last week. I feel pretty good about that loss b/c I was beginning to doubt it would happen. My water consumption was non-existent during my travel days however. I just can't bring myself to do it b/c I didn't have time for bathroom breaks!
I'm also very sorry for not getting to your journals. I hope to get to them this week b/c we're back in family mode this weekend with crazy visiting. My birthday is this weekend as well and I'm too busy to get excited for it! Argh!
But, 'nuf of my complaining! Time to catch up with a little work and then it's off to the treadmill for me!! Hope you're all having a great week!!
