I've been to Narcoossee's four times and Citricos once. My favorite is Narcoossee's. The food and service were excellent. I had the calamari (very tender), lobster (perfectly cooked), and chocolate mousse (yum!). The surf and turf, crab cakes, and almond cheesecake were also very popular in our group. Our server was very attentive and offered excellent suggestions. It was a lot of fun watching Wishes and the Electrical Water Pageant from the restaurant and veranda.
Citricos was okay. I'm willing to give it another chance because the night we went they were having all sorts of problems. It's very popular here on Disboards, so it must be better than when we went. We weren't seated until 45 minutes after our ADR (after arriving 15-minutes early for our ADR) and the wait staff and kitchen were out of sync (server cleared dishes, next course didn't arrive for twenty minutes, one entree arrived cold). The food was pretty good (I don't really remember it all that well) and the server was nice.
Both restaurants had an upscale feel to me. We tend to have late dinner (around 7:30 to 8:00 pm ADRs). There were a lot more children at Citricos than Narcoossee's on the night we went to Citricos.
