We ( DH , DW , DS 11 , DD 10 ) are planning a visit to the U.S.A ( nice country with sweet people just south of Canada ) and plan to include Las Vegas & WDW in our itenary.

We have never been to a Cirque du Soleil show before.....

The question is : Which show is a better introduction to Cirque , La Nouba at WDW or Mystere in Vegas ?

Feedback from fellow forum members who have done both shows shall be highly appreciated.

Merci d'avance

We saw Cirque du Soleil Mystere in Las Vagas mid August. Great show! We are seeing the Nouba show in WDW this Dec. because we enjoyed the Vegas show so much. You can see both shows and really enjoy yourself.

We've had the pleasure of seeing both shows, Mystere only once and La Nouba many times. I actually liked Mystere better and thought it was a good show to see for the first time. With that said, Mystere is more expensive, and if the budget is tight, La Nouba is a wonderful show and you and the children will be very happy you took the time to see it.

I've seen several shows. They are all well done. Since you are in Las Vegas, you may want to see "O"

It is the most incredible of all.

I have seen Mystere, "O" and LaNouba (all more than once). I would start with Mystere. It is my favorite (however, I love them all).

You really can't make a mistake.

I have seen many of the shows and La Nouba at WDW is my favorite and in Vegas "O" is my favorite by far. I wasn't crazy about Mystere but however it was still amazing. Zummanity is now at New York hotel in Vegas, but I think you have to be 18 to see it, I get to see that one next June:D No matter what you will LOVE it!

that we have seen "Mystere" six or seven times. We've also seen several of the other productions and will be attending La Nouba for the fourth time Thanksgiving eve. "O" is by far the absolute most amazing production and our favorite to date but (as evidenced by our frequent attendance) "Mystere" will always be a personal favorite and it was our first experience with Cirque du Soleil. La Nouba is wonderful, too, and each time we've seen it, it seems to get a bit better. Whatever production you decide to see first I really think you'll enjoy. Have fun!

Have seen La Nouba twice, Mystere one, -O- twice. -O- is the tops on my list, followed by La Nouba, then Mystere. You can't go wrong with any. I know I will not be seeing the new Zummanity, have read the reviews, not our type of entertainment. And as said, 18 and over for that one. Cirque overall is stunning.

I have seen both, and Mystere is my fav :). I bought the CD at La Nouba as well but I listen to the CD from Mystere alot more. I prefer it's music. I saw Mystere first and so during La Nouba I kept waiting for people to come down from the ceiling into the audience and that doesn't happen so I was disapointed about that. Both are watchable and worth it - see both! If you have to chose, pick Mystere (or try O which I have not seen but envolves water)

Mystere is by far a much better show...maybe because the music is so much better.
