I have found the ultimate cinnamon roll recipe, which is a very, very close copy to Cinnabons. I have made them twice, both times they were absolutely delicious and worth the effort. Don't let the length of the recipe intimidate you, they take a long time to make, but most of the time is rising and breadmachine work. Hope some of you guys give it try, they are superb!!

(If you want to have them for breakfast, make them the day before and put them covered in the refrigerator before the final rising. Then take them out in the morning to finish rising, make the icing, bake em' and eat em'. You can also flash freeze them after you cut them into rolls. Thaw em', let em' rise, bake em'. They're better than the mall's!) Let me know if you try them!!

I love Cinnabon, but there isn't one close by. :(

Me too, the nearest one is about 40 miles away. ( I actually found an excuse to go to that outlet mall one time and the only thing I bought was a .....well, you guessed it.) After that, I did this search and found this wonderful recipe.. Gotta go now, the bread machine just beeped, and my dough is ready!!:bounce:

I love Cinnabons, but it's been a long time. They sure do taste good though.

I have a copy cat recipe of Cinnabons too (different than the one you provided) and it's really good too. I make them for Christmas morning! YUM!
