Hi all

My 90 day mark is just about here - I start my calling on tuesday - we have a party of 13 ( 6 adults and 7 kids) - any advice on getting CRT for a large party? Wish me luck - it is only me and one other person that will be able to try. We are hoping to get CRT or PSB this trip.

The new room and package discount codes come out 3/9 so the phone lines will be very busy! With any luck they will hold off releasing the code for a few hours. But, if you end up on hold for a long time do not give up, I got CRT after 12 minutes on hold my first try and there were no new discounts to keep the lines busy that day.

My mom has been having trouble so I think she is going to try one more time for Breakfast res and if she don't get it then she is done. We really wanted to do this but I don't think it is worth all of the trouble.

I have to try and book my son's pirate cruise and know that will be a pain. Again I am not going to worry about it. If I don't get it then I don't.

It just stinks. I think Disney should allow you to book your dinner res when you make your reservations.

My mom and dad went on the cruise and could not get res for Palo since they were almost the last group to get on the boat.

Is she calling right at 7am EST? Is she punching in the survey answer numbers at the start of the questions? I have gotten through very fast by using the advice on this thread 3 days in a row, and have PS at CRT twice and at Storybook too.

I haven't called the dining number as I am still on hold with WDTC waiting to change my reservations, BUT, their recording has changed this morning. It really threw me off. You might want to call and see if the dining one is still the same if you are calling for CRT soon.

I've got to call for ps cindy's on friday. Any advice? I've read everything I can find on it... but it is still confusing. Can I make all my ps with the one phone call after I try for Cindys?
Any help would be appreciated. My husband thinks I'm planning this trip to death.. He has no idea what WDW is like in June.

I got it!!! Followed everyones advice and got right in at 7:00am Florida time, 5:00am here in Colorado, and I had the pick of times I wanted. I started calling about 5 minutes early and just kept hitting redial until I got in. I was never on hold. I took the 10:10 time when I could have had the 8:00 time too. I'm thinking of it more like a brunch. We can hit a few things first and then have a great meal. My youngest woke up early and I told her that I got it and now she wants to know if she can get a new dress to show off to all the princesses. This is a princess kind of day as I started spring break today (I'm a teacher) and my first honey do list item today is to paint my DD 8 room in pinks
and then stencil and stamp all the disney princess stuff they got last night at Home Depot. Thank you all for your advice and I hope everyone else gets theirs. YO

Leaving for WDW CBR wi/DremMaker in 15 days. I'm jacked about it. My wife and I are taking our 4-yr-old daughter on her firts trip to Disney. I wanted to get those res. for CRT, but I didn't even know about the demand until about two weeks ago - too late i suppose. Being a former O-towner, you'd think I'd know about such things... just never had kids before.
But I did Chef Mickeys when I was a kid and loved it - she will too, I just wanted her to have the princess exp.

Keep calling, even while your there. You just might get lucky.

Don't ever give up also just show up on the day you want because they do leave times open for people who show up. I called up and the reservations lady confirmed that they do.

What is the likelihood of actually getting in on one of those if you just show up at CRT? I don't want to tell her "we're going to have breakfast with Cinderella" and then show up and have to say "oh well, I guess I was wrong." I wouldn't like that too much. And I'm sure she wouldn't.

I think the chances vary from day to day... but if you are willing to wait they are better. Now that they charge no shows there should be less of them, but there is always a chance. One thing I would try is calling three days before you want to go, because the cancelation policy is 48 hours and I bet lots of people wait to cancel. I would just call everyday, to tell the truth, and try later in the day. If you don't manage to get a PS then go and ask as soon as you can when you get to the MK.

If you are going to Epcot they have a princess breakfast called the Storybook breakfast. It is a tiny bit easier to get into...

Hi. I called this am for our june trip. Was put into the cue for about three mins and didn't get my cindy's res. Went ahead and made my other ps requests then asked again for her to check... There had been a cancelation during the time I was one the phone and We GOT CRT!! Not the exact date I wanted. If you are flexible, keep trying.
There is just something very special about taking your own princess' to CRT. Nothing else like it.
Keep trying.

Just got back from our birthday trip to Disney. we did not have ressies for CRT, I had them for Crystal palace. But after my son was horrified at Chef Mickey. I knew that it would not be a good choice to celebrate at CP. We walked over to CRT and Explained that I had a birthday breakfast for myself planned at CP but DS was terrified of costumed characters and that he is not afraid of the princesses. We got right in with no wait what so ever. It was a great birthday celebration for me and my Ds 2 1/2 just loved the attention he got from the princesses and flirted quite a bit.

So I do believe that they have open tables. Are card originally said reserved for Prince Charming and that was scratched off and our name was put there in place.
