5/22 8:05 am........Sometimes I wonder if I do CRT and the Illuminations cruise just for the challenge of getting them!

javaj--I was wondering the same thing the other day. It really is a challenge and you feel so good when you get that PS!

For what it's worth, I just called to see if there was any openings for The Princess breakfast in Norway's Akershus in Epcot durring May 21st and they still have openings. The nice lady I spoke with said the Norway breakfast has not been selling out lately and there are plenty of seats available. If you are wanting to go, you might want to try at any time just in case you get lucky.

When did they expand the CRT seating? I heard they have breakfast seats until 11:15AM!! That definately sounds like an early lunch with the Princesses..

Called yesterday on a whim for 5/20 CRT breakfast. She happened to have 1 ressie left for our family of 4 at 10:30am. I can't believe it, I am totally psyched. We're finally going, I'm so glad I tried calling, I thought it would be useless becasue we were inside the 90 days.

Just goes to show, if at first you don't succeed....

Yes, I kept calling and got a reservation within 7 days. We had our breakfast at CRT on 2/13. We got in real late Sat. evening and had a long wait at the car rental. Got to bed at 2AM. DD woke up with a fever. I told her she had to be better because I had a surprise for her. I got her out of bed, got her some water and she felt better within the hour. We had a later seating. She didn't care to eat but was very excited to see all of the princesses. We saw Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, Belle, Mary Poppins, Fairy Godmother. Forget if there was another. Anyways, the server was very polite and we had a great time.

Was hoping someone could answer a question: I called and was able to get a PS for CRT. I asked for the latest available time and was given 11:20. I had read that breakfast ends at 11:15, but I guess I was too excited at the time to think about it. Has anyone else been give a PS past 11:15? Thanks all for your help.

I got it! DH and I were both dialing on cell phones this morning, and DH got through at 6:59 by our ATOMIC clock. He immediately passed the phone to me, and I held and held and held . . . . I'm thinking we had to be one of the first people to get through how could this be taking so long. DH is teasing me that there is probably only 2 operators working and they have 100 calls on hold. LOL, yeah. About 7:15, I get this message that they are experiencing extremely heavy call volumes and that Cinderella's Royal Table is "likely" sold out, but if you want to make dining arrangements for someplace else to continue to hold. Well, after investing that much time, I decided I wanted to hear a real person tell me that CRT was full. At 7:20, Rolanda answered, I told her that I needed CRT for May 28th for 9 people (yes, that's right), and she said, "You are a lucky lady. I can get you at 2 tables (Did I care? NO) at 10:45." I was thrilled and SOOOOO glad that I had continued to hold. MIL was also trying this morning and she hung up after she got the "likely" full message.

This was our first attempt, and I'm so glad that I don't have to try this another morning. I had nightmares all night about waking up at 7:10 and getting some guy named Matt who told me that I had to go through group sales because there was 9 in my party. I woke up almost every hour. I think it was worse than the night before vacation. I'm looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight and a wonderful time at CRT with DD(5) and our niece(3) in May. Yipee!

Please help me--looking at the first post in this thread from way back in 2002--I see no instructions of just how you wonderful folks make this work! My Texas princess is 5 and has taken 4 trips to Disney and has yet to eat at CRT because I keep blowing it! Someone, anyone please tell me what EXACTLY you do when calling. I really appreciate it as Thursday is going to be my morning to do this!

You guys are great--I "stalk" here on the disboards often and always feel bad as I have little to share--ya'll are truly experts!

Go to page 112 of this thread. There is a post by Red71 that quotes step-by-step instructions from Diznut84. They work great! Good luck with your PS!

Used your tips this morning and got right through with 9:15 ps.

This is our second time at CRT.

We took our DD's at 4 and 6 before 3rd DD came along back in Sept 1997.

Don't know HOW I got that ps w/o the disboards.

I was calling the WDW-PLAY number this morning to try and get an Illuminations Cruise when the reservationist answered by asking me if I wanted Cinderella's and for how many! We have a 12 day trip planned so this being the first day of my calling for reservations, I just went for it and got the CRT for 8! Sure, I missed the cruise (for now) by doing it, but I was happy.

I just got priority seating for CRT at 8:10 on May 30. I used the "instructions" from this thread and it worked like a charm. I was only on hold about a second or two. Thanks for the advice. Now I just have to break it to my parents who are coming with us that they have to get up at the crack of dawn to go to breakfast. I hope they're not thinking this is a relaxing, rest by the pool vacation.

We are staying at SSR. I'm not sure how we are going to get there for a seating that early. I'm going to have to light a fire under my family to get them going that morning (I am talking about the adults not the kids). We have a rental car for that week so I think we will drive. Its just tricky with parking and then getting a tram or ferry and then herding three adults and three young kids up to the castle. The good part about a ressie that early is that we will be in the park and done with breakfast by the time the crowds arrive (unless that is an early entry day).

I am looking forward to it though. I was getting tired of Pooh at the Crystal Palace. My DD3 is going to be excited about seeing the princesses.

I got the Castle for the second Monday in May- SO EXCITED!!!!

I CAN'T believe how EASY this was!!!! Thank you, thank you for all your advice on how to do this!!! My DH and I were both calling and we BOTH got in immediately without being put on hold (although my CM accidentally put me on hold after she answered the call and I heard no music or anything! Was about to panic but she came back on in about 2 minutes...something was wrong with her phone and she sure was glad I hadn't hung up! So DON'T hang up if you get through!)

After waking up continually during the night to check my clock, I called this morning and got Cinderella's Breakfast for 8:10 on May 31st.

Anyone else have any luck this morning? Hope to see more Dis-ers there that morning!
