Cindy's Breakfast advice & encouragement

She is on the schedule to be there for lunch and dinner (and Belle in her yellow dress does breakfast) but of course, it subject to change. Some have reported seeing Belle at dinner though.

We ate there in Oct and Dec and Ariel was there both times at lunch.
thank you so much, I'm calling right now to book a lunch, is the food any good?? who cares though right? :bounce: this is me, if i get to see her.

j-ariel, Ariel was at the Norway dinner when we were there last December.

Here's my question - I *just* called in and got a breakfast reservation for 8:30am on 11/3. DH was concerned that it's awfully early because we will have just gotten in the afternoon before and maybe we want to sleep in, so just on a whim I tried for a lunch reservation and got that TOO! :Pinkbounc So which is dinner, food- and character-wise, breakfast or lunch?

The menu for CRT is this (Menus Subject to Change):
Breakfast

Guest Ages 10 and up: Fresh fruit, fresh breakfast breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese Danish, French toast, potato casserole, orange juice, and coffee.
Guest Ages 3-9: Fresh fruit, fresh breakfast breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, and orange juice.
Healthy Alternative: Muesli with fresh fruit and yogurt.
Lunch

Family Style Table Salad featuring prosciutto, mozzarella and other seasonal meats and cheeses
Guest Ages 10 and up: Choice of one entree such as salmon, pork tenderloin, pasta pomadore and more plus a blueberry buckle (cobbler) for dessert
Guest Ages 3-9: Chicken strips, hot dog, hamburger, cheeseburger and a crown sundae for dessert

As for characters, they are pretty much the same for both. Last time I had Cinderella, Belle, Aurora, Snow White, and Wendy for lunch. These are the usual princesses, though they are subject to change.

Does anyone know if Cinderella's Royal Table serves thanksgiving food (turkey, mashed potatoes) on Thanksgiving? i would also like to know if the dinner is worth the $. Are there any characters there?

thank you for the input i called yesterday and got a reservation for june 12th in Norway, the menu looks funky but, I'm going anyway, I hope she is there, i really really want to see her in her dress. Sorry though i never did the lunch before but the breakfast was ok, if you like that kind of food, and the princesses were fun princess: thanks again

Can anyone tell me if you can purchase additional photo packages. We have 9 going, but really need 3 packages and only 2 come with that group size?

Thanks in advance.

I'll bet if you tell them right when you get your photo taken they'll be glad to sell you one. Last year when they started the photo taking and before it became 'free' it was $29.

Okay everyone, I'm begging for your help!

We're going to Disney Dec 18-22 of this year. What is the earliest I can call for a CRT breakfast reservation? It's changed so much since last year. Also, do I need to start calling at 5:55 am central time?

Hi,

Here is a link to Deb Wills' PS calculator: http://pscalculator.net/allearsnet/pscalcae.php

This will allow you to plug in the date(s) you are looking for & it will tell you when you can make ADR's. All theme park character meals can now be made 180 days in advance. Plus if you're staying in a Disney resort you can make them up to 10 days earlier, based on the first day of your resort stay. Hope this helps.

At lunch the kids get the crown sundae for dessert? I was told only with dinner.

Thanks for answering my question Mickey's Sister. We are staying at POFQ. So my 180 day mark is June 21 so that means I can start making my ADR's June 17?

Our first ADR will be WCC at WL on 12/18
Then the next morning for breakfast, if we're lucky, CRT 12/19. So,therefore, I can start calling 6/17, right? This is confusing me although it doesn't take much to do that!

No--it's 180 days from the first day of your stay. If you're checking in on December 18, then you can make your ADR's beginning on June 21. Period. But you can make all of your ADR's on June 21 for up to 10 days of your vacation. On June 21, you can make an ADR for December 19 for CRT (which would be 180 + 1). On June 21 you can make an ADR for December 20 (which would be 180 + 2). If you are still going to be at WDW on December 27, then you can make an ADR on June 21 for that meals on December 27 (which is what makes it 180 + 10). But it's always 180 days from the first day of your vacation.

HTH!

Perfect! That was a crystal, clear explanation! Thanks so much for clearing that up. :thumbsup2

You're welcome. It took me a couple of weeks before hand (and several phone calls to Disney Dining  ) before I really understood the 180 + 10 thing. I'm glad I could spare you some of the headaches I suffered over it!

Hello, I can make my CRT breakfast ressie on 5/18 and I've paged thru posts and I don't see any techniques for getting right thru to a CM. Last year when we went I used the 'press 1 twice' technique and it worked perfectly. Does this still work or has their phone message changed? I know to start calling at 6:58 am, but then what do I do when the phone lines open. I hate to go thru all of the prompts! Thank you for any advice!!!

Ditto.. I'm wondering this too. What new policies / processes exsist?

I used no specific tecnique when calling, it's same as any other ADR just call WDW dine and go thru prompts, Just checked and its 1 for english, 1 if not for V&A, for upcoming trip out of next 7 days press 2 if in next 7 days or in orlando area press 1, then res&# or phone&# (if you do res# it still makes you do phone#), then 1 if you have ever been there before 2 if not, then 1 if you have been there more than 4 times since 2000, otherwise press 2

then you just wait for the 1st available CM ... :cool1:

HTH

Is it better to do breakfast or lunch at CRT? Every book I read seems to say you should enter the park ASAP to jump on the popular rides. I didn't know if a 2 hour breakfast would be a bit too long. Is the lunch basically the same deal, with the exception of the food?

Pretty much, except with lunch you get dessert. Breakfast you don't..
