does anyone know when you put down the deposit do you get it back if you cancel? reason being my sister and I will both be calling on sat morning and if we are lucky and both get throught we only will need one reservation and dont want to be stuck with the deposit. Thanks for any help

Yes, as long as you cancel outside of 48hrs of the reservation. The CM will let you know when you book your ressie. Best Wishes

R G MOM....For the Breakfast, they do require a credit card deposit. I think I was charged $10 per adult and $5 per child. I did the same thing you are going to do. My wife and I both called starting about 3 min. to 7 and we both got through. We were both able to get ressies for Cinderellas 5 min apart from each other. I have not cancelled one of them yet as part of our group has not made up their mind on if they want to attend or not. ( we didnt include them in our original count but now that they know we have extra seats available, they are contemplating on coming.) Cinderpals..........is it 24 hours or 48 hours in advance? I was told 24 hours. Obviously, I would not wait that long to cancel, however, I'm curious as to which is the correct information. Jim

I just called today (Aug 4th) to try to make a resi at CRT for Nov 7th , but no luck (even though we are booked at CBR for that date). The CM told me that I had to call back on Aug 9th (90 days in advance) unless I had a "dining package". So I don't follow how some folk's are getting 90+10 resies done? Can anyone explain? Do you use a different phone number than the main dining resies number? Or could it be which CM you get? Is it luck? Can anyone clue me in? Help!!!

until you get a CM that will let you make that ADR. I've called several times and keep getting different answers. Yesterday when I called the CM (male) told me he had just made ADR's for someone for November 9th!

very weird, just called out of curiosity, my 90 day mark is tomorrow, they took my ressie for the last day of my trip, the 12th of nov for cindi's breakfast, only one available the entire week of my stay so far , but will call again tomorrow. it is a party ot nine and we have to sit at two tables, no big deal. She mentioned only cindy will be there, but hey i had a table and took it. I called back and the cast memeber told me I cannot book untill tomorrow , like I was told. I guess it is true whoever you speak translates the policies differerent. I am happy I got it bet not happy it is my last day there. But like mentioned tomorrow is my 90 day so hopefully I will get something earlier in the week. Do you know if they take your deposit off of your bill when you eat? Thanks.

Yes, they subtract your deposit from the total before they give it to you. If they did not, ask your server to check it for you. Enjoy you breakfast at the castle.

Maybe they made the resi for you because you are a party of 9 with 2 tables. And what's up with "only" Cindi being there? Is that because of the time you got? It seems hard to imagine that they know their staffing situation 91 days in advance, so maybe this is just sop ?

I called today at 7:45a.m. and I was able to make my reservation for CRT for lunch. I received the 12:40 p.m. slot. I told the CM I was staying at Pop Century, she looked up my reser. # and allowed me to book all of my dining for my entire stay. I would call back ASAP and try again. Make sure you have your reserv. # on hand.

I agree with whats up about cindy, I dont think that is true, but who knows. When i called back another cast member said I could not make nine because the tables only hold four. I cant beleive the answers I am getting, but as mentioned happy to have something at least for now. I am getting my dialing fingers ready for everyday next week if I have to.

Hi All,

I'm wondering if I'm too late to book a PS for Oct 3 to Oct 13. Of course, I realize that they may not be available but I'm just wondering I can call, until like 1 week before we leave, in order to try and get a PS.

We were thinking of getting one for the dinner in the castle... it's for our honeymoon and i've been told to try and get a late one, so you can see the fireworks from there. What do you think???

I called today and nothing available untill the day we leave, no good for us. She told us to call everyday 90 days from when we want to actually eat, they will release all the tables at 90 days so I will call Monday for the 6th of November and check back everyday. At least I have Saturday. She also mentioned a party of nine cannot sit together I found that odd.
