Cindy's Breakfast advice & encouragement

Well if anyone has a reservation that they are giving up Oct 2nd or 10th. I would do a dance for it It would be for 9 of us, though. I sure wanted to take my parents. I did the 6:58am call but did not get through. What do you think the chance of checking the night before if a group cancelled? Would you check 24 hours before the time you would like to dine?

I can tell you that I have been twice and both times it was the same. We had Mary Poppins, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Belle and of course Cindy. I hope this helps.

We went three years ago and didn't see Mary Poppins, but saw Cindy, Snow White, Belle, and Prince Charming. The food was wonderful! My husband is insisting we go again this trip just for the great food!

I have reservations for Oct. 2 for five, but would prefer to move them to Oct. 4. Anyone planning to cancel for that morning and can we work out a time so that I can try to pick up the ressie? If it works out, I would be canceling the Oct. 2 ressie for five, if anyone else is interested.

Keep trying, 2 or 3 times a day!!! I just got a breakfast seating on 8/6. I called yesterday! It was a last minute cancellation.

Wow this sounds like it's going to be tough when I try and make my reservation. Last year I called and asked everyday we were at the hotel or parks but no luck.

We were there for lunch last Tuesday and it was Cinderella, Snow White, Belle, Jasmine and Wendy (from Peter Pan...first time we've ever seen her there).

For those of you that have been successful, what is the number one thing you can advice as far as your probability to get a ressie.... I dont' need to call for another month but I am already stressing out about it.

Hi,

I've booked many Cinderella Breakfasts by doing the 6:59am call. Make sure that you begin dialing a little before 7am EST. You can always hit redial if you're too early. My best advice is to do a run through! Call tomorrow am, note the time that you called, the first couple of words from the greeting, the buttons to push from the menu (their order) etc... That way, you won't have to waste time listening to the whole series of messages. When the CM answers, immediately let her know the time and number in your party. She'll assume you want the Cinderella breakfast for the morning of 90 days out. You can always give the time and # in party, then follow with CRT or Cinderella's castle, day of the week and date. My party has never been larger than 4, and I've never had a problem booking the time that I want on the day that I call unless I've been on hold for 20 mins... Even when that has happened, I've been able to book some other time that day. Have your credit card number ready. You'll need that to book your breakfast. Write down your confirmation number.
Don't give up! There have been times when I've had to cancel our Cinderella breakfast reservations that week! I also posted on this board, looking for a CRT ressie, and was able to coordinate with someone who had one to cancel!! There is pixie dust out there! Best Wishes!

I agree about calling before 7:00 am. I started dialing at about 6:53 am and just kept hitting redial (that is on my home phone and cell phone pretty much simultaneously). Cell actually got through before home phone and I actually began the process with the home phone (GO FIGURE!!!) Be careful though, because you can get over zealous and hang up accidently when it is the real recording (been there, done that!) Persistance does pay!!!

does anyone know if they gave cleared up this issue of booking 90+10 rule for crt breakfast? are the letting you do it. I can start calling sunday morning i will be 90 days out from our arrival but dont know if they took this one off the list.

You should call tomorrow! The CM told me that they have a select # for the 90+10 and if you don't get one, call the next day and try. She said it basically gives resort guests 10 extra days of trying. Good luck!

Have your credit card ready, have the ph.# pre-dialed so all you have to do is hit redial, and start calling ~6:57 using an ACCURATE clock (I went by the news because all of our clocks are off by a few minutes ). Good luck!!!

Is the new character lunch on CRT easier to get than the breakfast? Just asking since I'm in CA. I have to get up at 4:00 a.m. to call. Tried last trip and never got the breakfast. You think you are mad at 7:01 a.m. try
4:01 a.m.! What I do for my babies!

try just as early for the lunch would be my advice...I got the LAST lunch seat on our day and I called at 7:00 am SHARP...the earlier the better and then you can have your pick of times if you get in early enough or etc... good luck
