Christmas week plans, suggestions, and questions

I am arriving Christmas Day and leaving New Years Day. I am not staying on property as I own a place at Emerald Island. I have ADR's for lunch and dinner every day including Christmas dinner at CG. NYE will be at Epcot. I even included a spa day for me and the girlfriend. I signed up at Touring Plans for my daily guide and purchased the DDE card to save a few bucks. I am by no means a Disney rookie and know what to expect in the way of crowds since I have been at the World during the holiday season to ring in 2000 (although I came down w/ the worst illness of my life with bronchitis and a near case of pneumonia). I have read these boards over and over and I know to get to the parks before they open.

Reading the reports and suggestions on these boards has been very helpful but I am still looking for input and suggestions...on anything. A few questions I still have are:

According to the Disney web site MVMCParade is not showing after Christmas day nor is Share a Dream, is this fact or is it just not scheduled yet?

I need to upgrade my seasonal pass to an annual pass. Does anyone know how the math works for this? I bought the seasonal pass back in May, what would the upgrade cost?

(Seperate issue) With the DDE card and free parking at the parks, how does that work exactly? Do they validate at the restaurant, reimburse at guest realations, or just let you in?
