Christmas all year long!

Ann, don't you dare worry about us or threads you are subscribed to. You just take care of yourself and getting Zoe well. I'm so sorry that she is going to have another extended hospital stay. But the important thing is getting her better. We are here when you need us, but understand if you need to stay away.

Ann, oh Honey, dont worry about threads and posting and the Dis. All of us here, and i feel VERY confident saying that, only want Zoe better and you with her, for however long it is. :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

I will continue to keep Zoe and your family in my prayers, poor baby, this is just the pits and i feel so for you:grouphug:

So... Gonna warn ya...this is about to be a pity party.

Zoe is being admitted ( we are told) for at least 2 day but up to 14.

This will set her recovery back. She can not start to cap the tubes until the infection is cleared. Once the tubes start to be capped...another 3 weeks till she can get them out.

I feel on the verge of a breakdown.... I seriously just want to cry. I don't have the energy to get in to all the details.

I know I am subbed to slot of your threads... I have been trying to keep up... But I am just not sure I can at this point. Will you all forgive me if I kinda take a break? I might not need to, but right now... I am so tired... Just posting is a drain for me. Sheesh...that sounds a bit pathetic ( I did warn you I was going to wallow a bit)

I will let you all know how it goes. Thank you all so much for being so supportive. It has really helped this last week!

Ann, I am SO sorry to hear that Zoe had to go back to hospital and for such a long time as well! I'll keep my fingers (and toes :lmao:) crossed, that she will be allowed to go home in a minimum amount of time!

DON'T WORRY about subscribed threads! We all know how real life sometimes keeps us from our "addiction"! But, and I guess I am not the only one here, our main concern is for Zoe to get well and for you to get some rest and less worrying!

Prayers, pixie dust and healing thoughts for both of you girls! :flower3:

You all are so sweet. Today I am feeling much better about it all. Yesterday I was feeling pretty sorry for myself and for Zoe. Today is going quite well. She is fever free. She also has a lot more energy. Although she was moved to isolation, the first test came back negative so the iso status was changed
So we have been free to roam about. Including outside. :woohoo: we will def. Be here till Monday cause we have to wait till then.to get her pic line placed. Assuming that we can do that med at home, we will then be able to go home.

Ann, so glad to hear things are better. I worried about you so last night and today until I saw your post.

I'm glad Zoe is up and about and able to go outside. Keeping fingers crossed everything continues to go well and you are both home...for good...soon!

Ok I am not really laughing... But  Zoe blew another vein and her arm ballooned up again. Good news is her WBC count is almost half what it was yesterday :dance3:

So I haven't been on in awhile so please excuse my bouncing around on topics that you have already discussed! I am enjoying these pictue games and back stories to them! Krispy Kreme goodnes you tempt me with--- we don't have any here, just dunkin doughnuts and honestly I can live the rest of my life without them! Happy that you were able to get most of what you wanted and earlier than you had thought! Congratulations to Zach and your family with the graduation, what does that mean for him now though? My brother is temporarilly stationed in Hawii after serving a term and my other brother was just moved to North Carolina. What if you just stayed at a value with 2 rooms? Would Zach, Kira and Josh share a room? Aww... poor guy about the dining and being stuck with the newbies! That picture of him and his dad is really nice though! I am sorry that Zoe is having so many problems lately poor little one, hopefully things start looking up for her! I am hoping for a nice December too- myabe 70's! An idea about travelig with the guys and not- if you are packing more for you and Zoe and they are packig less could they take your luggage and you take theirs so you do't have that weight? and just throw in an outfit for them in your luggage? I love that Garden tea with Zoe! That would be really special for the 2 of you to have together after the year your family has had! Hoeslty I feel your in law pain! My MIL is trying to ask me if she can come with us to Disney (just her) and she'll stay in our room so she'll just pay for her park ticket and we can share food!?!?! I say we throw all in laws on their own island and let them make plans with eachother! I'm so glad that Zoe is cleared for the surgery! I hope that it all goes well ad she has an uneventful recovery! LOL too funny what is on the dining plan! I'm sorry that the hospital stay wasn't going too great, and then to have to go back! Take as much time as needed with your little girl! Stay strong in front of her and cry to us! God bless you guys and I will keep praying for you:hug:!

Oh my goodness Ann, what a roller coaster ride you have been on in the past number of days!

Reading through a number of days at a time had me cheering and shaking my head in sympathy over and over again! :rotfl:

Praying that every day Zoe gets better and better, that you are able to get some much needed rest, and that you both get to go home SOON!!

:hug::hug::hug:

Oh Ann, those ups and downs are just horrible! I hope this is all over and "done with" (and hopefully forgotten) in a matter of days! I cannot believe what you all have to go through! :grouphug:

Ugh! What a horrible last few days for you and Zoe! I hope she gets ALL better really soon and you can have a deep sigh of relief! We're all here for you if you need anything or just to vent!:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

:grouphug:Oh Ann, I am so sorry about Zoe (and you). Both of you are my prayers! You have every right to have a pity party...I can't even imagine the kind of stress you are having to deal with! Pity away to all of us and use us to lean on!

Forget about our threads! But please keep us updated on you and Zoe!

Nothing much to report. I think Zoe and I are pretty bored... She is feeling a lot better and is way more mobile. Nothing has yet cultured in the samples. She has been fever free for 2 days now and her white blood cell count is back to normal. Uro and infectious decease do not know what to make of it. They don't want to send her home without knowing why her fever spiked and the wbc were high. They are thinking that they will do an ultrasound to make sure there is not some sort of an abscess. They will make a plan tomorrow. I really wish they would let us go home...

I will let you all know what happens..
:goodvibesThanks for all the wonderful kind words! It has kept me going...

Nothing is better than being at home.

Is there anything you gals can do that you've not done yet? Movies? Games? Video games?? Is there a book series you start?

As Kathy said (and with far greater authority than I can muster right now) don't worry about keeping up with any of this....for even a second. You've got much bigger things on your plate and keeping Zoe healthy and yourself together is clearly your top priority. We all understand and will still be here whenever you are! :flower3:

And sometimes its just nice to pop on here and read some things, even when you have no energy left to post. :goodvibes

So glad to hear that things are looking up again... Prayers still coming your way... :grouphug:

So sorry to hear about Zoe getting re-admitted. I can imagine that being incredibly frustrating for you and her. It must be even worse for her now that she is feeling better and wants to go home. I will continue praying for a speedy recovery for her. You have every right to feel badly for yourselves so don't even apologize for it. Hope you girls get to go home soon.

I will keep little Zoe in my prayers.. I hope she feels better soon so you can FINALLY get home and enjoy some much needed rest...

 Still have you all in my thoughts and prayers. I know it's been said, but I'm going to repeat it too... DON'T WORRY ABOUT US. We will all still be here and will give you something to 'catch up on' when things calm down. Will help you pass the time later when you get bored. :lmao:

Glad Zoe is doing better - hope they get their answers soon so you can go back home. :goodvibes

For those of you following along, I was on Kira's TR (Ann's oldest daughter), and Zoe and Ann are home from the hospital.
