I was soooo excited to see my cathedral veil and look how it came

I was so upset but I called and they sent me a return label via e-mail so once they recieve it they will send me a new one- made me feel better but I was so sick to my stomach

and my heels came in ivory when I ordered white- so I called and they sent me a return label and once they receive it they will send me the white ones

Two different vendors, but I was soooo stressed today dealing with these problems but happy that its resolved

No I wanted to but I can't fit one in the Attic. I am not thrilled with the Attic but I feel like that is all I am stuck with and my DF will kill me if I change it.

OH I am so sorry that happened!!! Its great that they are sending you a non ripped veil and new shoes but it still sucks to have to wait all over again

OH NO!! I can't believe that happened! I was so sad when I read your thread title. But, I'm glad it will all be taken care of (fingers crossed!) before the wedding!

First of all I can't believe that a place wouldn't scan over something before they ship it or check the invoice on what color shoes were ordered. I always scan over clothes in the store when I buy them just to make sure everything is ok. At least they're sending you new ones.

Hey!! I was just checking with you to see how the veil and shoe ordeal was going. I can't believe they sent you the wrong color shoes!! I got mine and at first I thought they were ivory but then I looked at them under better light and they looked white. The box said white so I guess I am ok..lol.
