I eat. But I really wouldn't advise you to eat as much as I do. Hmm... you could bake I suppose.. wait no, that involves eating when you're done.

You could write a letter or something explaining why you're angry or stressed, and then never actually send it or show it to anyone. I've never tried it but I hear it works pretty good. Keeping a diary is supposed to be good too, but I have never been able to consecutively keep one so I wouldn't know.
When I'm upset or stressed I scream into a pillow (after I'm done eating) and then I usually cry for a little while. Once it's out of my system I can usually relax. Oh, and painting my nails or brushing my hair helps too.
