what do you guys do if you are really stressed out, angry, mad, etc? i am feeling this way alot lately and i was wondering what else i could do besides come on here(even though i love all ya), listen to my mp3 player, or go upstairs and pout.;)
 
I eat. But I really wouldn't advise you to eat as much as I do. Hmm... you could bake I suppose.. wait no, that involves eating when you're done.

Okay, I have one! :idea: You could write a letter or something explaining why you're angry or stressed, and then never actually send it or show it to anyone. I've never tried it but I hear it works pretty good. Keeping a diary is supposed to be good too, but I have never been able to consecutively keep one so I wouldn't know.

When I'm upset or stressed I scream into a pillow (after I'm done eating) and then I usually cry for a little while. Once it's out of my system I can usually relax. Oh, and painting my nails or brushing my hair helps too.

i sometimes do that then feel like a witch(;)) so i rip it out and then go downstairs and ignore everone i wrote about!:p lol.
 
My favorite way to release stress is go to the gym.

I listen to my iPod while I work out and stuff. It's really nice solitude time.
 

When I'm stressed out I listen to my iPod, or write. I'll write anything from in a journal about how stressed i am, or just a story. I love writing, and it totally relaxes me.
 
well since i feel this way a lot. i guess i have a few ideas.

I
-talk to people i enjoy talking to
-try to find time for myself (ie. watch my favorite show, do sudokus, go on the dis boards)
-just play a game with my mom, or spend time with my parents.
-listen to music really loudly and listen to funny songs (ie the funny songs)
-dream about people i like (and their good dreams too)
-sometimes have to cry. it's okay though.
-write a song
there are others but ic an't remember themm.
 
What do you think I use the TB for? ;) Jk

I listen to my MP3 player, sing, and don't care who's listening. :)
 
well for me i eat, listen to the fray [usually start singing the song and it calms me down], or just start dancing.
 
Go up into my room and listen to music & go on the internet.
 
Do power jumps.
Bang on the keyboard (don't break it)
Scream (try not to scare my dog hough)

Yell at my mom and/or sisters. But I wouldn't advise doing that, because you'll probably get grounded or something.
 
i go for a long run. When I'm running I am by myself and can think, it relaxes me. When i run, I am in a zone and nothing can bother me, sometimes I'm so deep into the zone that I barely notice the cars passing me. And afterward you feel really good about yourself, because one you just worked out and two exersize like that gives you endorfins and endorfins make you happy!(and happy people just don't kill their husbands((sorry had to say it. lol)).)
 
I put in a favorite movie then not really watch it just listen...or recite the move when a favorite part is on ("I've got a jar of dirt!,I've got a jar of dirt!")
