I am confused I can reseravtions for my 4 year old at the childrens club and it is free? He will be almost 5 will he be ok with the 3 & 4 and not board?

My 17 month can go to the Infant center for $6.00 an hour?

For both I need to make reservations upon boarding?

Chance, your older child is guaranteed a space in the children's programming. You do need to register him the first afternoon but that's it, and it is free. If he is within one month of his 5th birthday you can ask about moving him to the 5-7 age group, but I would do that only if he was an exceptionally mature child. The 3-4 age group is more tailored to that age range. Register him the first afternoon but there is no rush.

For the baby, you need to make RESERVATIONS the first afternoon for babysitting time at Flounder's Reef. Go when they first open (check the Personal Navigator for times) and they will let you choose up to three times initially. Some people cancel during the cruise so other times may open up. Be sure to be at Flounder's Reef right at or before they start taking reservations. It does cost $6 per hour.

Enjoy your cruise! :D

Also to let you know here is a website that you can get an idea about what they do in the kids club and it's broken doen into their age groups. I know this has been very helpful telling my dd (3) what she's going to be able to do on Mickey's ship.

Chance,

Our DS was almost 5 at our December cruise and didn't make the one-month cut for moving up to the 5-7 group. Initially, we were very concerned about that. However, he had an absolutely fantastic time.

Generally, we spent our days with him at the Mickey pool or excursions. Then, we cleaned up and took the early dinner seating. The first night, he wanted to leave right after his dinner was done (they feed the kids right away) so DH or myself would leave between courses and take him over.

The first night Minnie Mouse stopped by to say hello and the second night they did "Do Si Do with Snow White." He loved them both. Can't remember what they did that last night.

I know he would have been fine in the older grouping as well, but DH and I were very pleased with the outcome.

Its only my opinion, but I think your 5-year old will have fun no matter what.:bounce: :Pinkbounc
