And Cleveland has just won #3 from Toronto. I though Toronto would be harder to beat since they swept Texas.

Dodger's Hill prob wont get past 75-80 pitches and thatwould be amazing for him IMHO. So let's get to him early, score early and often and GET THE W!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well on the up side Rizzo stole second TWICE! (Only credited 1 steal due to batter strike out, but YEAH!) you dont see that happen every game.Soler? Ummm...gave me a heart attack with collision with Fowler and that throw to home vs second. Please be done. Obviously the bats HAVE to wake up. We made Hill look a gazillion times better than he is. Seriously. Credit to him on his longest outing tho. No excuses we should have been hitting off him as he was sloppy.Jake had a really good game, a few lousy ump calls forced some changes that the Dodgers capitalized on. Miggy gave a post game interview and totally took the hit for Addies really, REALLY badly timed S/O in the second~when we had 2 on and 1 out. Was our best opportunity. single from him and we score 2 taking control. Miggy said his own S/O was the missed opportunity, not throwing Addie under the bus. I get it, Addie already having his head messed with and they still have 2 more for sure that they have to take now. Down 1 game....hmmmm reminds me of the NLDS Cardinal series last year. We were down a game and beat them, moving on to the NLCS. Granted Kershaw is a steeper hill to climb but he isn't invincible. A win tomorrow cements seeing Kershaw Thurs and again Sunday if needed. Hope Joe puts the batting order back and not going to be surprised at all to see Ross catch tomorrow with Willson in LF , Zobie back to 2nd and Javy back to SS. Do I want that? No...I want Addie to connect so hes at SS and Javt stays 2nd and Zobie stays LF, but his bat just isn't happening.
Hope they are ticked off tomorrow and bring the claws. Lackey will have absolutely no problem being angry lol...lets hope he doesn't get tossed.

Another tough loss. I never expected it to be easy, but I didn't expect the bats to go so cold. I think I read that the Cubs have not had two back to back scoreless games since May of 2014. *sigh*

The Cubs are still it it to win it! There is plenty of baseball left and plenty of time to warm up those bats. Maybe Maddon should do something goofy to break the tension and allow the team to have fun again.

Yesterday, (after hearing all the jumpers freak out) DS and I went into the city on a W seek and find. Our day started good, REALLY good. Not a lot of time to type it out now but it started with seeing Kap

in the ESPN booth, getting a wave, a nod and a smile..you know, 'cause we were in our Cubs gear. Then stuff just started happening...private visit on the 16 of the Trump tower, free pediride from Jack Daniels ,WGN Radio giving us the thumbs up and w sign, W flags all over the place and then our day ended in the most fantastic way, with the W!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I intentionally stayed off social media and am going to do so today. (well, I did send Kap a pic lol) SO CUB FANS....WE NEVER QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEE YOU AT WRIGLEY!!!
