Off topic but here's some photos of my "Thomas" cakes. The difficulty was always that DS's birthday was in August and inevitably I was attempting to frost his cakes on the hottest, most humid day of the whole summer with no A/C! These are from his 4th and 6th birthdays. I had gotten tired of the same old cake after three years so on his 6th birthday, I did a "standing cake", even more challenging in the humidity.
