Hi Gang!!


What a beautiful day!!!

Sitting in my office I can see one of my neighbors behind our house cutting his grass.
He is retired and LIVES to cut his grass!!
He actually cuts it way too much! Several times a week sometimes.


Tony is having some side effects from the anitbiotic he is taking, but nothing too severe. I'm guessing it will pass when he is through with the meds.


slo That's great that all the stickers are still on the Pace car!! COOL!!
Thanks for the info on the Poly! My mom's not very computer savvy, but I sent her some links with pics of the Poly from the DIS and from allearsnet.com. She really enjoyed looking at them.


geffric You are sooo right about Vegas. If my in-laws didn't live there and weren't able to travel to see us like they usually do, we would NEVER in a million years have taken our kids there.
But luckily we know the area well and stayed in a hotel way off the strip and actually went to the few family attractions they have there.
We HATE Vegas too!!!


Tiggerrn Target is baaadddd for me too!! Sometimes I am there 2-3 times a week!! I usually forget something that I REALLY needed and have to go back for it!!!
What time are you going to the mall??

Bunchkin, I plan on being there between 4-4:30 today. Depends on traffic. I am picking the kids up from school at 3:30 and we will leave from there.
Got some major house picking up to do today. Been loafing too long. It has felt wonderful, too!!!

Hey, I got a call from a DVC rep. today! I was out and she left a message on my answering machine. I entered a DVC contest online a few weeks ago. I didn't win the contest as far as I know, but they are sending me the free DVC planning DVD!

Well, at least someone from Disney called me

Hi everyone,
Just doing the day-to-day thing! Joined the Leaning tower YMCA today which is exciting. Gave the van a very good cleaning too! Aside from that I still have a ton to do but love to procrastinate! I know what you guys are saying about Target, Wal-Mart, etc….if I want to save some serious cash I just forbid myself from setting foot in any of those places. I dropped almost $300.00 at Costco last week! I needed it all but come on!
Thanks for the birthday wishes for my Mom. I had Mickey call her and she loved it! You guys know about the Disney phone calls right?

STILL need to book two nights in DISNEY in June. If I keep waiting I am going to be in trouble. Also, need to book November trip! Like I said...I like to procrasinate!

Busy day here today.

Tony and I took Hunter to school today and then went out to lunch together. It was nice especially since this like never happens that often!!


We finally went to my mom's tonight to pick up DH's van. We left it at my mom's house while DH was in the hospital, since he had driven himself to the hospital. My mom lives just a couple minutes from the hosp.

My little baby niece was at my mom's house. She's a cutie!!
Every time I hold a little baby I get this feeling inside that makes me want another baby myself!!!



Hersey What dates will you be at WDW? Did you use AAA for a room discount? Just wondering.



Debbie Better book your June dates soon!
Can you come and clean my van? It's way over due!!!


Well I just got Hunter to bed. He's pooped!
And DH and Lauren are watching the end of 'The Incredibles'.

Good Morning! looks like its going to be a beautiful sunny day.

Bunchkin We are going 9/30 to 10/7 aaa for now. Hoping for more yes I'm greedy.

About the baby thing, STOP holding them. Your kids are at that prefect age when you can just get in to the car with out the 2 hour prep that comes with babies. Just think you can go out for the evening with no babies spitting up at the last minute. Tony can actually smell your perfume with out the added baby ingredients.

Sometimes I get that feeling too but alas it wasn't god's plan.

Since we're on the baby theme. So is everyone going to Brookfield to see the baby polar bear?

Hope everyone is going to do outside stuff this weekend. I have a spring cold. Yesterday I tried a homemade cure, Culver's shake for lunch. It was for my throat. I may have to go back today too

geffric - Welcome back!!!! I"m sorry you didn't like Vegas I have never been, and I would like to go sometime to see some of the shows, and go hotel hopping. I love walking around hotel lobbies. I"m not a gambler, so that part of Vegas I wouldn't get into.

Bunchkin - How nice that you and Tony went out to lunch yesterday Kevin and I never get a chance to do that either, so when the opportunity comes for us to go, it's great!!!
**Wanting another baby is so natural for us woman. When you have those thoughts, go hold your niece for awhile - that's what I do (well not a niece, I don't have one). When I have those thoughts, I go hold Isabelle, next door (I tell her mother that I need a baby fix - she laughs!!! ) My other neighbor is having a baby is July, so I will have another baby to get a baby fix with soon

Tiggernnnn - The sun is good for my mood and spirit too
**I loved seeing that WL picture. The minute I saw it I thought of Janice, because that is her favorite resort. I really fell in love with it to when we stayed there in January.

HERSEY - I figured you would enjoy seeing that picture!!!!
**I had to chuckle about what you read about babies. I sometimes think another baby would be great, but then I think about you wrote, and then the thoughts gone Plus, a baby for us right now, would be terrible timing, if you know what I mean.

No new tag fairy tags for me if that's what you are refering to. I did, however, get new luggage tags for my last trip to WDW.

when i glanced at them i forgot i was using a different server and they had a different color.

i switch from IE to safari to firefox and the colors are different on all of them.


i have been doing all day.

my renewal comes up the end of june.
when i talked to the agent she said mine should hold the same as last years.
i hope she is correct.
i paid $54 for me, added spouse for $10 and 3 sons for $10 each..
enrollment fee waived as i did it on line instead of by phone.

she gave me all the info and told me to do it online to save the enrollment fee.

i'll wait until i get the email if i have a rate increase. hope not.

What a crazy day!!!

DD had a gymnastics meet. We go there fine & it went fast. Wasn't the best but there is something about the place we went that the judging seems off.

Happened last year too, I thought it was a fluke thing then (plus I overheard other parents from a completely different team saying the same thing then)but same thing. Our girls work hard to get in the 7 ranges and the other levels they are handing out 9's like candy. Very weird. Our state meet will be there too, so I guess we should be prepared for low scores then too. DD did get 2nd place so not horrible but usually scores are more even throughout. It's hard to explain.

Get home and the garage door won't open all the way, just a small part at the bottom -- weird? OK then....leave the car outside, go in & try to open it fromt hat button, same thing. The spring broke so we have a call in for a repair person to come out tomorrow (that should be a pricey service call). NOTHING like forcing you to do a complete cleaning though (so WHY am I on the DIS?) -- the service person is going to have to come all the way through the house to get into the garage (unless they have some ability to get it open from the outside). I'm just really, really glad this happened while both cars were out of the garage. Would have been near impossible to get to the gymnastics meet with the van stuck in the garage. Guess my Disney Visa will get a work-out and it's already gotten a pretty good one lately.

My DS-6 favorite animal is the polar bear! He doesn't know about the baby one yet though. I'm sure we will be going this summer sometime though. We will end up getting a membership -- with a larger family, it tends to be cheaper just to get a membership.

I just sent in for our membership to the Museum of Science & Industry. They mailed me a form where we could get tickets to all 3 exhibits (body one, CSI & Star Wars). I don't want the body one & we won't be going there before it ends anyway -- I was already planning on getting a membership so they were reading my mind when they sent me the advertisement. I will definitely be going on Member Night though in July. We went last time we were members and it was nice.
