I found that picture on the American Greetings website, so I thought I would post it. Is anyone playing any April Fools jokes on anyone? I"m not, I used to, but I just didn't think of anything this year.



Thanks again to Sue, Linda, and Nicole for coming out by me to see the movie. It was so wonderful to see you all , and my girls really enjoyed spending time with all of your kids I'm already looking forward to when I can see you all again, and other Chicago DISers, on the 28th - it'll be a blast!!!

Leigh - I hate packing too Pretty soon it will all be over, and you will be all settled into your new place

Rose - Stephanie and I enjoyed the movie, but Katie wasn't to thrilled with it . She gets spooked easily, and there were some parts that scared her a little. Plus, she didn't want to keep her 3D glasses on, so I'm sure the movie was a big blur to her.

Bunchkin - What video do you have that Chip and Dale cartoon on? I know I've seen it before, but I can't remember from where?

Tiggerrrnnnn - It was so nice to meet your children - they are very sweet!!!! It's so nice that all our kids get along so nicely

Mac - You got much worse weather than me last night. By the time the storm got to me, we got alot of rain, and just a couple claps of thunder. The girls didn't even wake up - which is a miracle!!!!

mvazul - I'm so sorry your time at the game wasn't a good one Good luck at the mechanics tomorrow - I hope you don't have to be there to long.

CarolAnn - Hi there!!! Please come by more often - you are always welcome here!!!!!

The movers are here. Luckily this sofa isn't going so I have a place to sit.

There's this one guy who keeps taking these heavy boxes (filled with magazines) up the stairs on his back, two boxes at a time! I don't know how he can do that! I feel so lazy, just sitting here, but I guess that's the point. I'm glad I don't have to carry this stuff! When I would try to carry just one of those boxes, I could do it but I couldn't stand up straight. And now he just carried two boxes and a safe, and I can barely move the safe on my own!

I only got about two hours of sleep last night. I'll be very glad when this is over! I'm not going to actually stay at my house until next weekend, because I just won't have anything unpacked or ready. Next weekend I'll take more stuff out there and go grocery shopping, and then I'll have the whole weekend to get things ready.

Good Morning everyone!!


The only April Fool's jokes going on here was done by the kids, but nothing big.


I was on that Disney Movie Rewards site last night and won a Disney Enchanted Phone Call!
So I set up a call to be from Winnie the Pooh on Easter morning. He will call my cell phone and talk to the kids.
You get to pick what kind of message you want, I picked an Easter one.
I can't wait to hear it!!!

To pay for it was pretty cheap...only $2.49 and there are tons of different catagories of calls and different characters!!!

Sam Thanks for having the idea of going to Schererville to see the movie, which made us all want to go see it there too!!!

Hi Guys!
I'm on my Dad's computer. My computer has NO sound (and yes I made sure the speakers were plugged in). I finally just bit the bullet and took it in. I am guessing it will be back on Wednesdayish. I can't wait to watch some shows on-line, go to YouTube for WDW videos and listen to the WDW radio station for the first time!! Hopefully the computer place I took it to knows what they are doing.

DH and I met friends out for dinner last night. We had breakfast with the bunny this morning. Fun weekend!

Glad you guys had fun at the movies!! My Mom was going to take DD4 but then decided against it when she found out it would be an hour and 50 minutes.

Let's just say the hot dog/ beef place is another name for a woman's chest . The place's name started with the letter B. Who knows, it probably closed down or changed names.

On a Disney note...I still am undecided on when and where and how I want to go.... I must decide though!

I'm soooooo sleeeeeepy........

I'm glad everyone enjoyed Meet the Robinsons.. I actually went and saw Blades of Glory Friday night and loved it!! But I only got an hour sleep that night and I'm still recovering

Last night, I went to a party with a couple of friends and fell asleep on the couch. I was SO TIRED!!!! Then I had to take allergy meds because my allergies started getting bad because I was around cats yesterday. So with that and the lack of sleep, I'm barely awake at work right now. I even fell asleep in the break room during my break and accidently swore in front of a patron when I couldn't find a book on the shelf for him He was only like 17 tho, so I think he thought it was funny, but I was horrified.

Forgot to mention, DH is back from Europe, but we haven't talked. And right now, I think I'm fine with that...

Happy Palm Sunday and April Fool's Day!

I woke up with a nasty sinus headache and it's now starting to go away.
DH brought our minivan in to get looked at at Sears Automotive this morning. The brakes were making a grinding noise for about a week. He stayed there for about 3 hrs and they did fix the front and rear brakes.
We also have a small leak under our bathroom sink, in the vanity area. We have a bucket under the sink, until DH takes a better look at it.

Glad all of you that went to the mini movie MTR meet had a good time

I was thinking about taking the kids to see MTR today, but with my headache and DH bringing the van in for the brakes, it wasn't the best day for us. Maybe go in a couple of weeks.
I watched the first hour of the Disney shows on the Travel channel
this afternoon.

Here's my dilemma.....Where should I stay the nights of June 3rd and 4th at WDW for my little side trip???? I just got ADRs for CRT at 4:20 on my 40th (June 4th) so that's set .
We want to go back for a week in the Fall so I can't spend too much there in June.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone!! We ended up going to dinner at a local restaurant called Branmor's American Grill. It's always been one of my favorite restaurants. Their food is fantastic and they make their bananas foster pretty close to the Brennan's recipe. We started with beef tips sprinkled with bleu cheese crumbles, enjoyed beer battered cod, fried perch and coconut shrimp for my entree, and ended up ordering (what else?) the Bananas Foster for dessert. It was awesome!!

Just finished watching 4 Best Hotels on the Travel Channel. My pick would be the Beach Club (but I've already stayed at the AKL and WL so I would be up for trying something new). I've never had a great desire to stay at the Grand Floridian. I know, I'm weird. If you've never stayed at AKL, that is my favorite so far. Loved the smells from there. BOMA is an awesome buffet to eat at.
But if you're looking to be a little tighter with the purse strings, my vote would be Port Orleans Riverside.

OK, Macraven after my reminding everyone about the shows today, I forgot to set my recorder. I missed all the shows while I was out today. Didn't get home til 4. Anyone record them? I would've loved to have had them all on 1 tape for leisurely viewing on rainy days.

Well, I'd better get a move on. need to do a little and get lunches ready for the kids for tomorrow and get clothes out for them. Work in the AM for me.
