Mexican Riverira cruise

we have the mexican reviera booked for next feb
Im already looking at tours and there are 2 that sound really nice
there either in Puerta Vallarta or Cabo
but both say seasonal

one is a dinner you take a boat ride actually its almost like a Luau this one says selected sailings only

the other is a whale wathing and says seasonal
issue is neither one has any time frame

I know I have quite a bit of time to figure this out but Id like to know if theres a possibility of these
any other tips or afvice would be great

Whale watching season is Dec-Mar with the peak being Jan-Feb. So whale watching is most likely a go. Unless the weather interferes.
