I know...I'm  !

I go to the computer......type....walk away do a chore....come back...type some more...........leave the computer to do something productive....finish that check threads again.....get something else done....check my emails again.....put the baby down for a nap......check my emails again and so on and so on!!!
I am out of my mind right now!!!! I'm not kidding. When it comes to Disney I am a WDW manic/depressive. Obviously I'm in manic mode! You'll see the depressed side when the trip is over!

I know the feeling. The one thing is the time. It feels like it will never get here and at the same time you don't have enough time to get things done.

Good Sunday morning!!

Here is the 2nd installment of my trip report.

Tuesday - Suppossed to be Blizzard Beach Day

We woke up and went to The Kona Cafe for breakfast so I could have my annual Tonga Toast (it was yummy!!!! :goodvibes ) While we were there, we were talking about going to BB and how much fun we are going to have. So, after we ate we went back to our room, got on our suits, had the car pulled up, and off we went. When we got to BB we walked up to the entrance and I put my ticket in. The lady said, "Blizzard Beach is not included in your tickets." I looked at Kevin and we went to look at the prices to get in. The prices are $30 per child and $36 per adult - we decided to not pay. It was already 11am and we were only going to stay till about 3pm - it just wasn't worth it. So we all got back into the car and decided to swim in the pool at the hotel. Here's a picture of Steph coming down the slide.

pics365.jpg

After our swim, we all showered and got ready to go to 'Ohanas for dinner (one of our favorite places!!!!) The girls and I really dressed for the occassion in our Hawaiian outfits.

pics369.jpg

'Ohanas was delicious as normal.

DSC01754.jpg

The girls had a lot of fun with the coconut races too (Katie's needed help from me, she really didn't get it)

pics375.jpg

We also got to see Wishes while at dinner and we were sitting right by a window with a great view of the castle. This is the second time we saw Wishes while at dinner at 'Ohanas, and it's really nice.

After dinner, the girls and I went to the beach and watched the electric light parade on the water and then took a late night ride on the monorail. The girls really enjoy doing this before going to bed.

Wednesday - MGM Day!!!

The next day we woke up early and headed over to MGM Studios. We had a 9:30am breakfast ADR at Hollywood & Vine. We were having breakfast with JoJo and The Little Einsteins.

pics392.jpg

This was a good breakfast and alot of fun for children who like Playhouse Disney.

After breakfast we headed straight over to Playhouse Disney Live and then went and saw a new character - Mr. Incredible!!!!

pics409.jpg

Katie took one look at him and didn't want anything to do with him.

Afterwards we saw The Voyage of The Little Mermaid, went and visited Kim Possible and Sorceror Mickey, and the girls played in the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area (I hate it in there - don't tell anyone). The Steph decided she was hungry, so we went and had a little lunch at Pizza Planet, which I have to say, was not to bad this time.

After lunch it was time to line up for the 3pm parade. There was a couple new additions this year.

pics428.jpg

pics431.jpg

The parade was very good, as normal!!!

After the parade, we were off to see where the face painting was. It is tradition for Steph to get her face painted while at MGM Studios. We finally found it outside of Indiana Jones, which I still didn't see this year (maybe in January).

pics454.jpg

By this time, I was not feeling very good - terrible headache coming on. We walked over to Rockin Rollercoaster and Tower of Terror so Kevin and I could do those. Even though my head was starting to pound I went on ToT and then the Fast Pass time for RnR was 1/2 hour. By the time I got out of there it was time for us to go to dinner - poor Kevin didn't get to go.

We drove to The Wilderness Lodge to eat at Whispering Canyon which I decided I wasn't eating at. My head hurt so bad and I was so nautious (sp?) that there was no way I could eat. But we went in and got seated so Kevin and the girls could eat.

I knew about the ketchup bit there and I wanted to ask for ketchup for Kate because she LOVES ketchup. She would drink it with a straw if I let her. So she ordered a hotdog and when it came she asks the server in the sweetest voice, "Can I have some ketchup" which I was shocked about because she never asks for ketchup - I do. So the server says really loud, "THIS LITTLE GIRL WANTS SOME KETCHUP!!!!!" So tons of people got up and put ketchup on our table - it was hysterical. The look on Katie's face was priceless. After all this ketchup was on our table, she says, "I don't want all this ketchup" - to funny!!!!

This picture is not with all the ketchup bottles

pics457.jpg

Now she is happy with her hotdog

pics460.jpg

After the ketchup bit, I excused myself and sat in the lobby. The smell of all that food was making my stomach flop around way to much.

The rest of the family finished their meal and then we went back to our resort where we all went to bed at 9pm. Going to bed this early was something we all needed. I think the combo of heavy breakfast, the heat, lack of sleep (the pillows were uncomfortable at our resort), and going in and out of air conditioning finally did me in.

I felt alot better the next morning.

To be continued..................................................

Good morning everyone...
Slo... my DD and I have the same Hawaiian outfits!! I got the little shirt for my son too. I left the hubby out (I think, I'll have to check his closet. I don't know what I buy and don't buy anymore). I love your pix. It looks so much fun and makes me look forward to Wednesday even more!

Today's my son's 1st birthday party. Both the kids have bad colds! :sad2: Figures. Now I am just hoping they clear up for the trip and that no one else in the house gets sick. I feel bad bringing those germs to the party. I am kind of a germaphob after teaching kindergarten for 12 years (I'm a stay at home Mom now). Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it, right!
Kim...looking forward to meeting you in person on Tuesday AM. I'll hang out in the hall in front of her classroom door (with something Mickey on I'm sure!)

I hope tiggern2 has an awsome trip. Too bad I don't know what she looks like. I could have looked for her! I think our trips overlap.

Have a happy "Day of Rest" Sunday!

Happy Sunday!! :sunny:

Thanks for all the compliments on the TR!!!! :)

What a totally awesome day we had yesterday!!!! :Pinkbounc

We drove to the pumpkin patch and the girls picked out pumpkins and we also got corn stalks and hay bunches (is that what they are called :confused3 )

Then we took a very long drive in the country to an apple orchard. The drive was kinda long and the view of the leaves changing was beautiful. It was such a wonderful stress free drive!!! :cloud9:

When we got to the apple orchard it was PACKED!!!!! But we found a parking space and went in - we were there for apple cinnamon donuts - this place has the best :thumbsup2 . Inside the gift shop they had the biggest, most tasty looking caramal apples - so we bought 4 :teeth: . They also had a huge window where you could watch them make the caramel apples - so we watched for awhile. They were also making Kettle corn, one of our favorites, so we got some of that too  . So....with all our goodies, we went back to the car.

On the way home we passed a candy factory, so we decided to stop. This place has such a huge candy store inside with every type of candy you could imagine. So we left there with Non Perils, Dark Chocolate Melt Aways, Gummi Bears, Jolly Ranchers for Steph, and Starburst for Kate (we got a 1/2 pound of each item).

So we had a happy drive home eating all that candy :goodvibes

When we got home we decorated the outside of the house with the item from the pumpkin patch and then we made a fire to eat dinner outside. We had hotdogs and Smores - yummy!!! :goodvibes We stayed outside until 8pm - it was starting to get COLD!!!

This was such a perfect family day!!! :cloud9:

Today we are going to be outside all day getting the yard ready for winter. I have flowers I have to pull out and things that need to get covered up with a tarp to protect it from the snow. I love being outside on fall days!!!!

I hope you all have a good day too!!!! :sunny:

Becky - That's great that Peter Pan and Wendy was on your tour too. The two of them made the tour go from good to great!!!!

paint - Thanks for letting us know about clearance prices at TDS. I have to head to TDS this week to get my Little Mermaid DVD that I reserved. :)

Debbie - Happy Birthday to your 1 year old!!!! :bday: I'm sorry about the colds. I'll send alot of PD your way to help those colds go away fast!!! :wizard:

Crissup - :wave2:

Rosemarie - Kevin's parents didn't go with to WDW they were just in the Tampa area. My MIL & FIL sat with the girls in the condo while Kev and I did the jet ski thing. :)

Amy - So good to see you!!!! The pictures are great and the girls look beautiful :goodvibes They are getting so big!!! How are you doing? How's Tim? Are the girls doing well?

bigben - I get the "Are we there yet" too when we are driving to the local grocery store :rotfl2: Crazy Kids!!!!

roc - :welcome:

Hi all, happy Sunday!
Will be a nice day today :sunny: before the bottom drops in temp at the end of the week, yuck!
Went to church last night, got you all covered for the week(doing what macraven does best) ;)

Slo- thanks for sharing the pics and the trip report!!
Sorry it didn't work out at BB, that is a bummer about the ticket situation, but glad everything worked out at the pool!
Sorry you had the migraine. :guilty: I've had one of those at WDW on our '94 trip. I wasn't used to the heat and sun, going to WDW in middle of June.
I had a migraine on our last day, mostly in the airport waiting at our gate. Then I upchucked on the plane going home from WDW. I had a plastic bag with me I upchucked in. How fun

Tiggerrn- have a great trip!! :woohoo:

Debbie and latharia- Hi :wave2:

Have a great day, all!

Thanks for the compliment on the trip report :goodvibes

The apple orchard is called County Line Apple Orchard and it's on County Line Road in Hobart, Indiana.

The candy factory is Albanese Candy Factory and it's on Route 30 in Hobart. I have a link, but it's not working now :confused3

The website is www.albaneseconfectionery.com

I used to know the owners of this place when they started out in a strip mall next to the store I work at. I'm so happy to see how successful they have become!!!

Thanks, Sandy! Maybe we'll haul ourselves over to Hobart before the end of the apple season! :)

*wave* Hi, Rose! :)

Migraines are the worst aren't they!?!? :guilty:

My family hasn't gotten very used to what life is like when I have a "super headache" as I call it.

I've definitly learned my limitations and how far I can push myself when I have one of these headaches. :guilty:

I have issues with my neck - arthritis, 2 buldging discs, and swollen joint that contributes to these terrible headaches :guilty: . Kevin is trying to get me to go to his Chiropracter, which I think I'm going to start once Steph's fall soccer is over.

I'm sorry about your experience on the airplane :guilty: I've never gotten sick on an airplane, but I have in a car more times than I can count. I keep an empty coffee can in the back of my car for emergencies, if you know what I mean  This is something my mom always did for me too because I've always gotten sick easily. With knowing this, I figured I would have the worst morning sickness with both of my pregnancies, but I didn't - I never got sick once!!! :thumbsup2

Slo Your Katie looks like she really likes ketchup. I've threatened Alex to dress him up as a Ketchup bottle when his was Katie size. He gets nervous when we are using the last bottle, we might run out!

Reading these trip reports really make me want to go back. We have never tryed Ohana's. Is breakfast or dinner better? Same question for Chef Mickey?Chef Mickey we have only done the breakfast which we both like.

Good morning everyone! Im getting ready to take the girlsout to the park today since it is suppose to be 75 outside, they hate being all cooped up in the house all day.

SLO- Tim is doing much better, his back still hurts him at times. He is trying to get back to work now. The girl's, well what can I say, they have been crabby ever since we got back from Florida on the the 3rd. They got use to staying up late and getting spoiled, :goodvibes .
Me, I am just so tired still, I need one good day wothout the girl's to rest.

I have a question for mom's with kids in school, how old does a child have to be to start pre-K? Katelyn will be 3 in january. I want to send her to a Chicago Public School for pre-K.
