Jordan: "she's just upset." he walked over to her door and opened it, being quiet.

Caroline: she was a light sleeper and woke up the moment she heard the door click open. She opened her eyes.

Jordan: "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you up."

Caroline: "it's okay. I should get up anyway." she sat up.

Jordan: he sat down on the bed "are you okay?"

Caroline: "yes. I'm okay. I'm sorry."

Jordan: "it's okay, mom. You know, I was thinking, remember when you told me that I let myself get stressed because I think about everyone else and don't spend any time taking care of myself."

Caroline: she nodded.

Jordan: "well, I think I got that from you."

Caroline: she smiled "you think so?"

Jordan: "yes. You're an amazing person, and an incredible mother. Dawn, Karen, and Marcus, they all adore you, and you know how I feel about you" he smiled.

Caroline: "you mean that?"

Jordan: "yes. We're all here to take care of each other. All of the stress doesn't have to be on you, and please don't worry about money so much. We'll be okay. I understand you want to do more but we're fine. We really are."

Caroline: she nodded "I love you so much, Jordan."

Jordan: "I love you too." he gave her a hug "come on, Marcus made dinner."

Caroline: she nodded and walked with him out into the dining room.
