I'm supposed to protect Dawn and Marcus and I've been so focused on that, and then I let Dawn get her rib broken and Marcus go back to the diner and then I started thinking about Chemical Alley and about everything that happened there and I should have been able to stop some of it. But there it was different, it wasn't my world. But this is. I need to be able to handle this, I don't know what's the matter with me. I just feel overwhelmed, I don't feel like I'm ever going to be good enough to be the person everyone needs me to be. I'm sorry. I sound like an idiot."
