Chef Mickey's brunch timing

We have an 11:05 reservation at Chef Mickey's in April. I see there is a brunch menu that begins at 11:30, does that mean we would be able to continue on with our meal but they may just be changing over the available dishes? The pricing looks to only be 1.00 different from what I can tell, so I'm guessing that won't be something we need to worry about. Can anyone confirm how the brunch seating works?

Yes, you'll get breakfast food when you first arrive and they'll start switching to brunch while you're there. This is actually my family's favorite way to do Crystal Palace because I like a breakfast buffet but Hubby likes lunch. We get the last breakfast reservation, get what we want, and then then second serving ends up being from the lunch offerings.

The brunch at Chef Mickey still has a lot of breakfast food mixed in so the changeover won't be as stark as breakfast to lunch, but you'll get some new choices later in your mealtime while you wait for the characters to rotate through.

They're just switching back to buffet, so it's theoretically possible this will change, but unlikely. What I'm describing is the general rule for how they handle the menu switch for all of the buffets on property.
