Well I finally got around to making the cheese soup and it was wonderful. However, I ended using twice as much milk as the recipe called for. It was very thick and lumpy as I added the flour. I think next time I make it, I'll use half as much flour. Anyone else had this experience. Also, I couldn't taste the beer at all.
