Checking your Reservations online

If you made your reservation by phone and you want to check it on line you can I just did it. Go to the Disney web site and go were it says My Vacation click on that and log in(registered first) than it will ask for your rservation number put it in than it will come up. So Good Luck trying;)
 
Hey there Rat this will probably sound stupid but I forget which phone number I used when placing my reservation, it was over 162 days ago when I made these. I have my reservation # but I need the phone # to access them online, what phone # did you use? Maybe I could use it and see if that would help. I'm pretty sure I got it off a website, or I may have even made them over the web I can't remember. Thanks

The phone number you are supposed to use (I believe) is the phone number you called from- your home number perhaps or the number you gave Disney when you made the reservation. Hope that helps.
 
don't they want your phone number (home, Cell phone) that you gave them when you made your reservations.
 

I tried using the info on my reservation receipt but it's not coming up. I'm guessing it may be because mine was booked thru an agent. She didn't list our phone where it says 'guest phone' there is a 0 but her number is listed. I've tried it with her number, our number, our cell & work numbers, the agent's other numbers & fax number even and still nothing. Oh well. Not sure what I'm checking anyway, lol, just wanted to be certain Disney knew we were coming!!
 
Yes The phone #you used when you made your reservation it should be on your paper they sent you use that #:sunny: I think you can only check when you went thru Disney CRO
 
I tried to get my reservation up this morning... just keeps saying can not pull up information at this time.. try calling disney for your info..... just wondering .. can you see your requests you made on the ressie.. thanks... i am going to keep on trying...amy::yes::
 
Apparently, you can only view your reservations if you made them by calling Disney direct; if you made them online, they are not available for viewing. We changed our reservations quite a few times so we were concerned if they had the correct dates; I called on Saturday to confirm and they did and I requested that the send a confirmation reservation stating this and they siad they would (however, I have asked for this once before and never rec'd). Let's keep each other informed - it would be interesting to see how everyone makes out:)
 
I have been trying on line all morning to retrieve the reservation I made on the phone last night without results. I even tried the phone number I called to make the reservation!

When you checked your reservation online were it says use your phone number ( your home phone)you use the one the CM ask for over the phone thats the phone number you use than you put in your confirmation number and that should work :confused:
 
I tried to check our reservation online and it said it had been cancelled. I phoned CRO and they said it had not been cancelled. It still concerns me a bit. Does anyone have any idea why this might have happened? :confused:
 
There is some serious problems with their whole online reservation system. As I wrote above, we are waiting for written confirmation on our reservation which we have asked for twice and still haven't recieved it. We keep calling and they keep telling us that the reservation we made is fine but on their website it only includes eight nights and we added two more. This does concern me but we will call again and stress how important it is to get this in writing - hopefully we will have some luck:)
 
I checked mine online about 2 days ago and had no problem. I feel better having seen it now. Thanks for the info.

You would think they would at least provide the 800 number!

I guess this is a recent problem? I checked mine about 2 weeks ago and had no problem.
 
We have 4 reservations for our May and June trips and in each case, only one of the 2 reservations for each trip shows up. For the other reservation for each trip we get that message shown above.
 
The response I got was

"We are sorry your confirmation number does {sic} match our records."


You'd think it would say "does not"....like others, I'm hoping it won't show up because I booked through AAA - but I am getting peeved because supposedly Disney sent my documents Feb 3rd, and it is Feb 19 and nothing........:mad:

I had made the reservations over the phone directly with Disney. I was a bit worried and called today to check on things and they have my reservation but it just doesn't show up online!
