checking into Poly concierge?

We will be staying at another hotel the night before. I was wondering if we are coming from the parks can we go directly to the Hawaii building to check in or is there a reason we would need to go to the main building?

You can go directly to the Hawaii building to check in for concierge!!

You need to tell the desk that's outside that you are staying club level. They will take you to the Hawaii building. The access to the building is restricted so you need them to escort you until you get your keys. They will load your stuff on a cart and drive you to the building.

You are more than welcome to do that if you like. It's much easier for them to take care of your luggage but we stay there every year, bypass everyone, and go directly to the Hawaii building. The concierge staff is located on the ground floor and can see you through the glass walls and will buzz you in.

We once did a split stay; first at Wilderness Lodge concierge, then Polynesian concierge. We had bell services take our luggage and transfer it, so then DH, DSs, and I took the boat from the WL to the MK, then the boat from the MK to the Polynesian. We then simply walked from the Polynesian boat dock right to the Hawaii building. When the CMs saw us at the glass door, they buzzed us in, and we proceeded to check in. There's really no reason to have to go to the main building first to check in
