Checking into 2 separate villas?

Hey all! We'll be vacationing with extended family in June '08. 5 of us will be coming from KS, 5 will be coming from CO. We're booked for 2 2 bdrms's at VWL; requested dedicated and side by side.

Do we all have to present to check into BOTH villas? If my party gets there first from the airport and checks in w/out the other, does that ruin our room request? How does that work exactly?

Sometimes the rooms are pre-assigned and sometimes on the spot. Getting 2 , 2 bedrooms dedicated side by side may be tough. Make sure that the first party to check in has the info for the second party. Discuss the situation with the CM at check in.
