Checking in 1/13, how to make requests at BWV

We are checking in 1/13 we are members of II doing an exchange, how can I give some requests?

Call DVC Member Services - the number should be on the exchange documentation that you received from II. It's the same place you call to arrange to pay the $95 exchange fee.

The BWV generally preassign rroms so you'll need to ask MS to add your requests to the reservation. You can ask at check in, but have a much better chance of getting what you request if it is on the reservation.
