Checking Aitran flight online during trip....

I am currently on my trip and have tried to go online to check my return flights to make sure everything is ok. Everytime I log in and click on my itinerary it gives me a "booking is out of balance" error message and won't let me view it.

Has anyone else had that problem with Airtran...... I would hate to be stuck in Florida.....

Are the flights still existing if you pull up the screen pretending to book a new trip?

If the flights still exist, then telephone to inquire about your reservation. Do not agree to change to another flight at that time unless you already hand picked a flight you would like better.

Flights still exist online..... best bet is to call just to make sure..
