I'm trying to book a round-trip flight for my daughter's spring advantage program in DisneyWorld...arriving mid-January departing early August. Does anyone know how early/late in the day is their official check-out from their apartment?

In other words, if the final day of the program is Aug. 2, would she likely be checking out early a.m., noonish, later or totally unknown? The reason I ask is that depending on the flight time, significant savings can be had.

Thanks in advance for anyone who may know the drill here.

My son requested and got his 'final' two days scheduled off, so he was able to pack, visit the parks one last time to say goodbye to co-workers and depart the last day at his selected time.

I 'think' you can request time off approximately two weeks in advance. They probably schedule that last day off anyway; the CPs turn in their uniforms, etc. and finalize their exit. Actually, I would personally book it as needed . . . they will work with her.

I would probably schedule an afternoon departure . . . or maybe consider one 'hotel' night (they get 50% off Disney hotels) for that final day, if necessary to catch an early morning flight next day; or a hotel within walking distance of apartments. By then, her roommates/co-workers will be happy to help with transportation!

Good luck . . . airfares are ridiculous right now.
Congrats to your daughter!

:-)

I remember mine was a mid to late morning departure. 11 a.m. or somewhere around there.
