I thought farmer's markets were usually produce only, maybe some craft items? Kent used to have a Saturday market, not sure if they still do. But Olympia's probably closer for you, huh? :)

There is a kick rump Farmer's Market in Northridge every Wednesday. It's about 20-25 minutes away from me. They have TONS of food, including churros and funnel cake and they sell little trinkets and such. They have fruit, flowers and veggies. It's really fun. :)

Ever Friday there is one at the local mall. It's too dang small though...only takes up 2 rows in the parking lot. :rotfl: They have a small section where kids can ride on ponies and pet chickens and goats. :rotfl:

I buy flowers from there sometimes. They are inexpensive, beautiful bouquets and they last longer than store bought flowers.

This one is more like Pike Place market. WHere you can get dairy, and meat and stuff. FANTASTIC!! It is just what I want! I would much rather buy local stuff, and natural stuff.. There is a farmers market in just about every town around here. Tacoma has two, University Place has one.. Puyallup has one.. It just depends on how big they are. When I was on wic they gave me checks to use at the farmers markets.. That was fantastic!

Dh is always telling me... For someone who REALLY doesnt like hippies.. I sure am acting a lot like one!:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

:lmao: There is one stand at my local Farmer's Market that has bing cherries. They were delicious and so sweet! My cousins ate some and couldn't stop! :lmao: They are both skinny as rails and they ate most of the cherries. They said their mom buys it from Costco and it's really sour and gross

:thumbsup2 Yep!

I love cherries, but my favorites are the Rainiers. They are so much sweeter than Bings.

My bf and I ate Wendy's for dinner. I bought the food and we ate it at his work. Then he gave me his motorcycle jacket to bring home because he doesn't trust leaving it in his car. His work area is not so great but his work at least has a security card entry for 2 doors.

I stopped at the mall on the way home and went to Sanrio real quick. There was a lady who appeared to be in her mid-40's. She pulled out a photo album from her purse and told the manager: "This is my hello kitty stuff! Everything I have that is hello kitty!" Her whole house was plastered with hello kitty stuff, even her bathroom. :rotfl:

I tried Grapple from the market. I think I bought it from Albertson's. It was really strange.....apparently they soak small apples in white grape juice.

 Oh.... that is just SAD.

I like Hello Kitty but I'm not going to devote my entire house to it! I mostly buy small things like pens, pencils, stickers and necklaces.

Yeah... I like Disney stuff.. But I am not decorating my house with it either. :lmao: Actually... we have no Disney stuff. But anyways.. Like... a rec room or something, I can see. Or a bathroom maybe? But the whole thing? Kinda weird. To me anyways..

:rotfl: I have Disney artwork: 1 is of the auction scene from Pirate's that I got years ago. It's in the bedroom above our TV and then above our bed is one of the general store on Main St. I liked the artwork for it. I think it was from a couple years ago when various artisits had different sketches of things in DL.

I have one of the Plaza in the bathroom and 1 of a parade on Main St, and another of Tahitian Terrace.

I have a Tinkerbell poster that I ordered from WDW in our study room and one artwork of Mickey (it's called Ying Yang Mickey). Oh and one of the Tiki Room.

I love Disney too but I don't have it all over the place either.

:lmao: :lmao: Did you run away crying? Because that would have been funny!:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

:lmao: No but I paid for my stuff real quick and left really fast! :lmao: I was there to get those rhinestone stick-ons. I have a small compact mirror and the design on it faded so I bought a hello kitty stick-on and stuck it on. Now it looks kinda cool. :)

Hmmm. Never heard of that. Was it good? Or just weird?
