I thought farmer's markets were usually produce only, maybe some craft items? Kent used to have a Saturday market, not sure if they still do. But Olympia's probably closer for you, huh?![]()

There is a kick rump Farmer's Market in Northridge every Wednesday. It's about 20-25 minutes away from me. They have TONS of food, including churros and funnel cake and they sell little trinkets and such. They have fruit, flowers and veggies. It's really fun.![]()
Ever Friday there is one at the local mall. It's too dang small though...only takes up 2 rows in the parking lot. They have a small section where kids can ride on ponies and pet chickens and goats.

I buy flowers from there sometimes. They are inexpensive, beautiful bouquets and they last longer than store bought flowers.
I think most everythng is better at the farmers markets.. I SWEAR that I dont get worked up about much.. but all those chemical that are in processed food really give me the heebie jeebies! Dh is always telling me... For someone who REALLY doesnt like hippies.. I sure am acting a lot like one!![]()

There is one stand at my local Farmer's Market that has bing cherries. They were delicious and so sweet! My cousins ate some and couldn't stop!
They are both skinny as rails and they ate most of the cherries. They said their mom buys it from Costco and it's really sour and gross
I love cherries, but my favorites are the Rainiers. They are so much sweeter than Bings.![]()
My bf and I ate Wendy's for dinner. I bought the food and we ate it at his work. Then he gave me his motorcycle jacket to bring home because he doesn't trust leaving it in his car. His work area is not so great but his work at least has a security card entry for 2 doors.
I stopped at the mall on the way home and went to Sanrio real quick. There was a lady who appeared to be in her mid-40's. She pulled out a photo album from her purse and told the manager: "This is my hello kitty stuff! Everything I have that is hello kitty!" Her whole house was plastered with hello kitty stuff, even her bathroom.![]()
Oh.... that is just SAD.
I like Hello Kitty but I'm not going to devote my entire house to it! I mostly buy small things like pens, pencils, stickers and necklaces.
Oh.... that is just SAD.
She also had on a hello kitty tank top, skirt, shoes and socks. It scared me a bit.![]()
Yeah... I like Disney stuff.. But I am not decorating my house with it either.Actually... we have no Disney stuff. But anyways.. Like... a rec room or something, I can see. Or a bathroom maybe? But the whole thing? Kinda weird. To me anyways..

Did you run away crying? Because that would have been funny!

Hmmm. Never heard of that. Was it good? Or just weird?I tried Grapple from the market. I think I bought it from Albertson's. It was really strange.....apparently they soak small apples in white grape juice.
No but I paid for my stuff real quick and left really fast!
I was there to get those rhinestone stick-ons. I have a small compact mirror and the design on it faded so I bought a hello kitty stick-on and stuck it on. Now it looks kinda cool.
