Characters in World Showcase?

My DD (7) wants to go "around the world" in the worst way and one thing she'd really like is to meet the characters in each country. Can someone give me an idea of where the characters tend to be in each country so we don't miss any one. We go once a year on birthdays and she's been begging to go to Epcot for 2 years so I want to make this special for her. Thanks!

Where is not the problem, because you really can't miss them. They are normally visable from the promenade. The question is when. I can't remember if they are listed in the times sheet

I know Snow White has been found in Germany. Mulan and friends can be found in China. Aladdin and friends in Morrocco. Belle and/or Sleeping Beauty in France in the courtyard near the store.

Not every country has characters, and nobody is guaranteed to be out. That said, here's a list of likely places to find them:

Norway: The Restaurant Akershus has a princess character meal.

China: Mulan and Mushu can sometimes be found at the back of the pavilion, near the open area of the department store where "Wonders of China" lets out.

African Outpost: Occasionally, Timon and Rafiki (and, rarely, Terk) are here.

Germany: You can often find Snow White and Dopey to the left of the Hummel store.

Italy: Pinocchio, Gepetto, and Gideon sometimes make appearances outside the chocolate shop.

Morocco: Aladdin, Jasmine, and the Genie can sometimes be found either in the back of the pavilion near the Restaurant Marrakesh, or down near the World Showcase Lagoon.

France: Belle and (rarely) Beast can be found behind the perfume shop.

The UK: Pooh & Friends hang out in the very back of the shops.

Canada: Koda & Kenai are sometimes out by the old Beaver Tails station, and sometimes closer to Le Cellier (I think Koda keeps hoping someone will give him salmon).

You can also sometimes find characters on the walkway between the International Gateway and the UK. I was there last week, and I saw Chip and Dale.

I don't know about characters in every country. I personally have seen Alladin, Jasmine, and the Genie in Morocco, and Belle in France. I have also seen Snow White briefly, but not sure which country I was in at the time.

Thank you all for the heads up. DD will be especially thrilled to meet Mulan. She loves her. I look forward to more posts! I'm so thrilled my kid wants to go around the world and learn about the different countries but I know she's still a 7 year old at heart and would want to see the characters.

The only characters that might be hard to find are the ones in UK and France. At UK, they are in the Toy Soldier Shop in the very back of the pavillion (across from the garden and bandstand) and in France they are either in the garden in the back of the pavillion on the right hand side or in Belle's library near the purfume shop. The characters in Morocco are sometimes in a hidden area across from the Merekesh restaurant, but have been appearing closer to the promonade lately.

Along with the ones mentioned, I've also seen Mary Poppins at UK quite often near the back of the Toy Shop where Pooh and friends are.

Just to add: We've also seen Alice in wonderland in the courtyard at the UK twice.
