Characters "cut-in" on first dance

Has anyone had Mickey and Minnie or other characters "cut in" on the first dance? We are thinking about doing this... but not too sure how it would work. Would we do father daughter and mother son dances first, and then our first dance... I don't think I would want to do them after, because then we would be cutting into Mickey and Minnie time and they are expensive! Also, how and when would they cut in?

We did our first dance, then Mickey and Minnie danced with us for the next one. They also danced with my dad and MOH for a further song.

This all happened after the cake cutting, which Mickey and Minnie supervised!
