My husband and I are taking our new baby to the Disney parks in May. He will be 6 months old when we go and I'm in need of a list of places we can find the characters at the different parks. In the past, its just been the two of us going and we've never really needed to know these things. Any help will be appreciated.

Here's a quick list that i can think of off the top of my head - not all inclusive by any means - Each map that you get in the parks has a Mickey Glove that points to the Meet and Greet locations...

Magic Kingdom -
Town Square when you first enter the park -lots of different characters
Adventureland - near Pirates of the Caribbbean and near the Magic Carpets (usually Jasmine and Aladdin)
Tomorrowland - across from or near Stitch's Great Adventure
Toon Town - this is a great location - Town Hall of Fame Tent- three separate lines/rooms - Classic Disney/Pooh & Friends/Princesses and Mickey Mouse in the Judge's Tent
Frontierland - Golden Horseshoe area - Woody/Jessie
Ariel's Grotto in Fantasyland for well. um - Ariel (we never seem to get to this one - DD does not want to stand in line!)

EPCOT - best place by far for classic characters
Character Connection - West side innoventions - near Fountain View Restaurant
You can usually find characters in each country in WS
Belle - France
Mulan - China
Pooh, Mary P, and Alice- England
Jasmine - Morocco
Snow White - Germany
Aurora (not sure)

AK -
Front Entrance
Rafiki's Planet Watch
Camp Mickey Minnie

MGM
Near the big hat
Front Entrance
Across from the Commisary - Monster's Inc
Streets of America - Power Rangers
Mickey Ave (between Back Lot Tour and Millionaire) Sorcerer Mickey is in a building,
Across from that there are "trailers" Donald Duck has been seen by us there, and Jo Jo and Goliath from Playhouse Disney some times...
Al's Toy Barn - Buzz, Woody, Jessie, Green Army Men

Hey There,
I forget all the different character locations, I know in MK they have Mickey's toontown fair, that is a good place and ususally their are characters out in town square, Epcot has the new character connection thing, MGM is all different locations, and AK has a few spots as well, if you would like I have extra maps, which all the character spot are located on them and then you will also receive a time guides when you enter the park and that will help too, however I have extra maps from our trip down last May and would be happy to send you a copy of each if you would like so you could plan a little, I was the same way and really wanted them so if you would like I could do that for you. Just PM me. :)

when you get there, the park guide maps show Character meet & greet areas...

truthfully, they're like all over...

MK: Main Street area (Tony's Town Square, City Hall, etc.)
Tomorrowland, main walkway from hub
Frontierland, in the Golden Horseshoe theater
Fantasyland, Ariel's grotto
etc.

MGM: around the sorcerer's hat
down the path to the left of the hat (Playhouse Disney Characters)
outside Muppets (Al's Toy Barn)

Animal Kingdom: conservation station
off the path on the way to Dinoland (Pooh & friends usually there)

Epcot: there's a nice organized set up near the innoventions (right side, on way to the Land)...

When we were there in Feb. Chip & Dale were fawning all over a little infant in a carrier, quite the site...

and of cource character meals
