Changing bank account on dues and loan

I keep missing member accounting when they are open during the week so hopefully someone here will know the answer.

I need to change the bank account that my loan and dues payments come from. I seem to think I need to mail or fax a voided check but I'm not positive.

You really need to contact member accounting. They will fax you a form to make the chnge for which you will need to attach a voided check from the new account.
 
Thanks to the person who pm'd me and directed me to the automated menu. I had kept hanging up when I realized they were closed. Quick and easy directions on what to fax - no special form needed.
 
Anyone know if I can take my banking info out completely since I pay in full at the beginning of the year (but would prefer to wait until the deadline in Feb)?

When you say you tried this once, do you mean you tried to change the bank account from which you pay, and they didn't let you??
