Changes made in post counts

In our ongoing attempt to increase the speed of the boards I have made a change to the way the boards update the view count. They will be updated in intervals, in batchs. The interval could be anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours depending on how busy the boards are. What this means is that number will not be accurate from moment to moment.

thanks for the update! question for you: i noticed several weeks ago that my posts count was reduced by half. what happened to the rest of them?

Alex and our technical team performed an upgrade a few weeks back, and, unfortunately, during the upgrade, a lot of posts were lost. You're not the only one - the majority of DISer's post counts went down as well.
