As I am planning our days in Oct.....
checked WDW site again and the dates for Tower of Terror have changed.
Anyone else notice that? And are these dates confirmed?
Any chance they will change again? Actually I hope not, because we are going Oct 4 - 11.
With BTMRR already down, I had to say to my DD "well, at least ToT will be back up then!" (that was when it was going to go down in Sept.)
I feel bad for everyone else that has these 2 on their "must do" lists and won't be able "to do" either that week.

Oh, and no castle shows for Sept. 2 - 20th.

Did they also change the dates for the Disney Animation refurbishment? Now it's Sept 30 Nov. 23

YIKES....I hope they don't change the dates anymore. I know they need to do maintainance, etc....but that seems a lot for the Fall. Wonder what they have in store for January???

You can check on mgmstudios.org to confirm ToT.
With the others? This is Disney and things can change. We're going this month and thought we'd miss BTMRR, RR, the Animation Tour, and maybe even ToT (besides a couple of others we weren't as worried about). But they've changed things in the past few weeks, and now we're just missing BTMRR.
You never know....Good Luck.

Yikes!!

I hope they don't change it again. We will be there Oct 4-11, also and my DD and I have a bet involving ToT and RnR. I am a rollercoaster phobic and she has a thing about elevators, so we have a bet that if she goes on ToT, then I have to do RnR. She is so looking forward to me "losing" this bet!! It would be a shame if we couldn't do it!!

I was sure I'd made that an empathetic frownie.

I wonder if they will put a new show in on the Castle stage after it's rehab.

I think the Kids of the Kingdom shows were better than the Cinderella show (good though it is). They had more energy and zip to them.

OMG.....I agree 100%
I've almost been afraid to say I was hoping they would change the Cinderella Celebration!! With everyone so much into seeing the characters, I am wondering how popular it really is.

I felt the kids were so energetic and sooooo NOSTALGIC! Just like the old MM show's on TV and at Disneyland.

But the site just said that the stage was being worked on, so I think the show will stay a while.

Yes - it just says the stage is being refurbed. If it was a new show I'm sure they would have mentioned it.

I wish they would shut down TOT later in October after I'm back home. I'm so disappointed to only be able to ride it 2 days. And on top of that BTMR is closed. Very disappointing and frustrating. :(
