Chances to trade into Disney from II?

We just joined DVC and are planning a trip for June with other family. My parents have a Hyatt timeshare that is hooked up with Interval Int'l and have put in a request for a studio at any of the DVC properties. It was only requested a few months ago. Does anyone have any guess as to the chances for them to get something, and if so, when? Just looking for opinions. We own at BWV, so of course that would be the best. I made them a reservation at All-Star Sports just in case the II points don't come through.

Also, does anyone know if the new Dining Plan option would be available if they were able to trade in to DVC using their II points?

The chances for June are low, if they do get anything the most likely would be right around the 60 day out mark. At least it's for a studio which is the easiest to get, esp if they list OKW and SSR, as your note suggests they have.
