CDN At Par for American Cousins

Hello!

We'll be down at the World in October staying at the CBR. We have American cousins that are going to join us for a day. They would like to book a room. Can I book it for them with the CDN at Par special, pay for it and have them pay me back? Can I check into two rooms at once? What would be the best way to do this. Don't want to take a chance that there won't be a code out for Floridians or even worse, no rooms left.

If it's just for the one night, Cdn@par isn't available. It's a minimum 3 night stay.
