CBR Surrey Bikes: Will they hold 4 adults plus two small children?

We are thinking of renting a surrey bike. I thought I saw 4 adults with some small children on them at Poly (?). Does anyone know if the ones at CBR will accomodate our group of 4 adults plus 2 four year olds?

They would hold 4 adults. I have seen some kids in the basket on the front.

In April of 2002 we rented a surrey that fit the six of us....at the time it was me, DH, DS 11, DS 10, DD 8 and DD also 8. I dont remember it being a tight fit but I do remember it being really, really hard to peddle those kids around!!! LOL....the twin girls sat up front with no problem at all!

If they have the same bikes as they did at the Boardwalk the last time we were there some of them had a smaller seat in front so you could easily fit a family of six. I don't know how flat the area is where you will be but I do know that it was quite a workout on some of the hills around the Boardwalk area and be ready to use the break quickly if you have any downhill areas.

Thanks everyone! My 4 year old twins are only 30 and 34 pounds, so hopefully they won't require too much extra work.

The rest of us, on the other hand.....
