Cast Member at the Emporium - Question

Hello everyone,

Just got back a week ago from a fantastic trip to Disney. While there, I was shopping at the Emporium in the Magic Kingdom and one of the cast members went above and beyond to help me with an item I was looking for. How do I go about letting management or someone know how great this person was and how she went above and beyond. Not all of the cast members were as helpful but she was fantastic.

When I go onto the Disney app...it lets me make a compliment but a generic one and not about a specific person.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to make sure this cast member gets recognized?

I’ve sent email to wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com and received response indicating the CMs were recognized.

I have used that email recently with a super helpful CM at Pop Century. they do acknowledge receiving it
