I don't believe this woman for one minute. She goes on tabloids and says they had an affair, yet swears to the police in a signed statment that there was no affair. I tend to believe that she lied for the money/fame.

Was he inappropriate? Totally. Did he cheat? Maybe. Does it really matter at all in this case. Not at all.

yes I forgot who it was he took someone with him late at a night to visit her and they witnessed it. he was warned by the jail that he was also not to hug her or touch her . He was warned two different times.

I keep thinking how emotional Casey was during Lee's testimony. He cried about not knowing about Casey's pregnancy, not going to the shower, etc. She cried along with him. Yet she sits there while her father breaks down while talking about killing himself to be with Caylee.
